Feasibility of Converting a Commercial Street to Pedestrian-Street in Small Cities, Case Study: Imam Street in Golpayegan

در پژوهش حاضر، مساله تبديل خيابان امام در بافت مركزي شهر گلپايگان به پياده راه بر مبناي تحليل يكپارچه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. اين خيابان كه به سبب موقعيت خاص در شهر و وجود كاربري هاي تجاري - خدماتي در پيرامون خود ، روزانه حجم قابل توجهي از تراكم سواره و پياده را پذيرا مي شود، از ظرفيت مطلوبي براي تبديل شدن به پياده راه برخوردار است. به منظور انجام تحليل يكپارچه ، در ابتدا مولفه هاي موثر در تبديل خيابان به پياده راه از متون معتبر داخلي و خارجي استخراج گرديده است. سپس وضعيت خيابان امام در ابعاد «كالبدي-عملكردي» ، «حمل و نقل و ترافيك» ، «اقتصادي» ، «اجتماعي» ، «زيست محيطي» و «مديريتي» مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است و نقاط قوت ، ضعف ها ، فرصت ها و تهديدهاي پيش رو مشخص شده اند. در نهايت با ترسيم نمودار اولويت بندي راهبردها ، مشخص گرديد شرايط تبديل خيابان امام به پياده راه در موقعيت تهاجمي قرار دارد كه بيانگر برتري نقاط قوت و فرصت ها نسبت به نقاط ضعف و تهديدها و فراهم بودن شرايط براي تبديل خيابان امام به پياده راه است. با اين وجود ، پيشنهاد مي شود به منظور كسب موفقيت حداكثري از اجراي طرح ، سعي شود براي نقاط ضعف و تهديدها راه حل هاي مناسب اتخاذ شود. اجراي چند مرحله اي طرح ، ساماندهي وضعيت پياده روهاي مركز شهر، حذف كاربري هاي ناسازگار از پيرامون پياده راه و تقويت سامانه حمل و نقل عمومي از جمله پيشنهادات اوليه براي اجراي پياده راه است.

The streets accept a variety of functions, traffic, social and economic status of the city and any changes in the skeletal structure of the particular sensitivities. Therefore, the present study was to become the Imam Street in downtown Golpayegan of the Pedestrian-Street is based on an integrated analysis is studied. This is due to the particular situation in the city streets and commercial applications and services around their daily considerable amount of compression can be mounted and dismounted welcome, good capacity to become the Pedestrian- Street. To perform an integrated analysis of the factors influencing the street into the Pedestrian-Street interior and exterior have been extracted from authentic texts. Then the Imam in the streets of “physical-functional”, “Transport and Traffic”, “economy”, “social”, “ecological” and “management” is evaluated and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and future threats identified. Then, using a matrix of internal and external factors, the quantitative assessment of the situation of street is discussed. Finally, charting prioritize strategies, it was found that the conversion of Imam Street to Pedestrian-Street is located in an offensive position. This represents relative strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats for conditions to become Imam Street to the Pedestrian-Street. Nevertheless, it is recommended to achieve maximum success of the plan is to adopt appropriate solutions to the weaknesses and threats. Implementation of the multi-stage plan, organize the sidewalks of downtown, remove incompatible applications from the Pedestrian-Street and strengthening of the public transport system, including the initial proposals for the Pedestrian-Street.
