رابطه بين شايستگي هاي كانوني و حرفه اي دانشجويان كشاورزي و ساختار اجتماعي آموزش با نقش ميانجي انگيزه تحصيلي

The Relationship between the Core and Professional Competencies of Agricultural Students and the Social Structure of Education with the Mediating Role of Educational Motivation

بسياري از فارغ التحصيلان دانشگاه ها، در حوزه كاري خود پس از فراغت از تحصيل موفق عمل نمي كنند؛ كه يكي از دلايل آن نداشتن انگيزه تحصيلي و شايستگي هاي لازم در طول دوران تحصيل مي باشد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه بين شايستگي هاي كانوني و حرفه اي دانشجويان كشاورزي و ساختار اجتماعي آموزش با نقش ميانجي انگيزه تحصيلي مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر پژوهشي كاربردي است با ماهيت يا رويكرد كمي كه به شيوه توصيفي-همبستگي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را دانشجويان كشاورزي دانشگاه بوعلي سينا همدان در سه مقطع تحصيلي كارشناسي، كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري تشكيل مي دهند كه شامل 440 نفر مي باشند كه از اين تعداد بر اساس روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي با انتساب متناسب با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 205 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد مي باشد كه روايي آن توسط متخصصان فني مورد تائيد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن نيز از طريق آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه گرديد كه مقدار آن براي بخش هاي مختلف پرسشنامه بالاتر از 79/. =α به دست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين شايستگي هاي كانوني، حرفه اي و ساختار اجتماعي آموزش رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون چندگانه بين تاثير ساختار اجتماعي آموزش بر شايستگي هاي كانوني 67/0؛ و تاثير ساختار اجتماعي آموزش بر شايستگي هاي حرفه اي 59/. به دست آمد. همچنين نتايج حاصل از تحليل مسير با استفاده از نرم افزار LISREL8.8 و SmartPLS3 نيز نشان دهنده ارتباط مستقيم و معنادار شايستگي هاي كانوني با ساختار اجتماعي آموزش با ضريب مسير 69/0؛ و مقدار 75/6=t و نيز ارتباط مستقيم شايستگي حرفه اي با ساختار اجتماعي آموزش با ضريب مسير 84/0؛ و همچنين ارتباط غيرمستقيم بين شايستگي ها و انگيزه تحصيلي با ساختار اجتماعي آموزش بود.

Many university graduates do not succeed in their field of study after graduation, one of the reasons for this problem is lack of educational motivation and needed competencies during their study. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between core and professional competencies of agricultural students and the social structure of education with the mediating role of educational motivation. This study as an applied research has used a quantitative methodology through a descriptive- correlation method. The statistical population of this study were 440 agricultural students from Bu-Ali Sina University at three levels B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D in Hamedan. Based on a stratified random sampling method, 205 students were selected using Cocheran formula. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed during a panel of experts’ views and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test and it was α= 0.79 for different parts of the questionnaire. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between variables the core and professional competencies with the social structure of education. Also, the results of multiple regression revealed that social structure of education can determine 67 percent of core competencies but 59 percent of professional competencies. Also, the results of path analyzing by Lisrel and SmartPLS3 software showed a direct and significant correlation between both core and professional competencies with the social structure of education (β= 0.69, β=0.84) and an indirect relationship between competencies, educational motivation and social structure of education
