ارائه مدلي به‌منظور بررسي تأثيرگذاري سازمان بسيج بر مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي فرهنگ

Providing a Model to Investigate the Impact of the Basij on the Components and Indicators of Culture

سازمان بسيج به عنوان يك سازمان مردم‌نهاد، مي‌تواند در رشد و شكوفايي كشور در حوزه فرهنگ تأثيرگذار باشد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، تدوين مدلي به‌منظور بررسي تأثيرگذاري سازمان بسيج بر مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي فرهنگ است. اهداف فرعي نيز شناسايي و استخراج شاخص‌ها و ابعاد فرهنگي متناسب با نيازهاي كشور و تأييد شاخص‌هاي استخراج‌شده با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روش دلفي بوده است. ابتدا با مطالعه اسناد فرهنگ، شاخص‌هاي فرهنگي شناسايي شدند. پس‌ازآن، اين شاخص‌ها در قالب پرسشنامه دلفي قرار گرفته و پس از تأييد اوليه اعتبار آن طي فرآيند دلفي، توسط خبرگان موردبررسي قرار گرفتند. پس از جمع‌آوري نظرات خبرگان در طي برگزاري چند مرحله روش دلفي و بررسي روايي و پايايي جواب‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده با استفاده از معادلات ساختاري، اقدام به تدوين مدلي براي بررسي تأثيرگذاري سازمان بسيج بر روي شاخص‌هاي تأييدشده از سوي خبرگان شد. مدل به‌دست‌آمده حاكي از آن است كه از بين شاخص‌هاي مورد تأييد خبرگان، شاخص‌هاي استقلال ملي، هويت، وحدت و انسجام، به ترتيب در رتبه‌هاي اول تا سوم از نظر تأثيرپذيري از سازمان بسيج قرار گرفتند. در نهايت بايد گفت كه عملكرد سازمان بسيج در تأثيرگذاري بر شاخص‌هاي فرهنگ، در برخي موارد خوب و در برخي موارد ضعيف بوده است؛ بنابراين سازمان بسيج به عنوان بزرگ‌ترين سازمان مردم‌نهاد كشور و با توجه به رسالت فرهنگي كه در روح اين سازمان نهفته است، بايد با تلاشي بي‌وقفه و برنامه‌ريزي در سه قالب بلندمدت، ميان‌مدت و كوتاه‌مدت در زمينه فرهنگ، سعي در تأثيرگذاري بيشتر بر شاخص‌هاي فرهنگ در كشور داشته باشد.

Basij organization as an NGO can affect the growth and development of the country in the field of culture. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model to investigate the influence of Basij organization on the components and indicators of culture. Sub-objectives were to identify and extract cultural indicators and dimensions appropriate to the needs of the country and to confirm the extracted indicators using experts' opinions and Delfi method. First, cultural indicators were identified by studying cultural documents. After that, these indicators were placed in the form of Delfi questionnaire and after initial confirmation of its validity during The Delfi process, they were examined by experts. After collecting experts' opinions during several stages of Delfi method and investigating the validity and reliability of the collected answers using structural equations, a model was developed to investigate the effectiveness of Basij organization on the indicators approved by the experts. The obtained model indicates that among the approved indicators of experts, national independence, identity, unity and cohesion indices, were in the first to third rank in terms of influence of mobilized organization, respectively. Finally, it should be said that the performance of Basij organization in affecting cultural indicators has been good in some cases and in some cases weak, so Basij organization as the largest organization of the people of the country and considering the cultural mission that lies in the spirit of this organization, it should try to influence the cultural indicators in three long term, mid-term and short term formats in the field of culture.
