Research on the Foundations of Religious Ethics and its Content in the View of Allamah Taleghani

قانون طبيعي نظريه‌اي در عقل عملي است كه در زمينه‌هاي عملي فلسفه و الاهيات از آن بحث مي‌شود. نظريه الاهياتي قانون طبيعي عهده‌دار تنقيح توصيه‌هاي اخلاقي خداوند است و دو خوانش حداقلي و حداكثري دارد. خوانش حداقلي توصيه‌هاي اخلاقي خداوند را بر پايه واقعيت‌هايي طبيعي و عيني «تبيين» مي‌كند و «كشف» همه آن واقعيت‌ها يا قسمتي از آن‌ها را در گرو رجوع به منابع نقلي و تاريخي دين مي‌داند. خوانش حداكثري بر آن است كه افزون بر «تبيين»، «كشف» توصيه‌هاي اخلاقي خداوند نيز در چارچوب قانون طبيعي صورت مي‌گيرد. نوشتار حاضر آثار علامه ملا نظرعلي طالقاني، فيلسوف، فقيه و اصولي شيعي، را بررسي مي‌كند و پس از تنقيح مباني الاهياتي، انسان‌شناختي، معرفت‌شناختي و متافيزيكي، با بازآرايي انديشه اخلاقي و الاهياتي وي، نشان مي‌دهد كه نظريه طالقاني ذيل خوانش حداكثري از قانون طبيعي قرار مي‌گيرد.

Natural law is a theory in the practical reason which is discussed in the practical fields of philosophy and theology. The religious version of the theory is responsible for the explanation of divine moral guidance and has two sub-versions: strong and weak. According to the latter, the function of the theory is merely to explain the nature of religious morality but understanding all or some practical principles of religious morality depends on the historical and revealed religious texts. Whereas according to the former, alongside the explanation of the nature of religious morality, natural reason can discover all the practical principles of religious morality. Fans of this reading believe that The essence of religious ethics is the natural law in such a way that natural reason independently has the ability to discover the moral precepts of God. Nazarali Taleghani is an experts in the field of religion and morality in Shiite, respectively. This article shows that his philosophical and theological assumptions imply the strong version of natural law.
