بررسي وضعيت موجود و مطلوب آموزش‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي در بخش صنايع؛ مطالعه موردي (شهرستان خرمشهر)

A study of the present situation and the desired status of technical and vocational educations in the industrial sector; a case study (khorramshr city)

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي وضعيت موجود و مطلوب آموزش ­هاي فني و حرفه­ اي در بخش صنايع شهرستان خرمشهر از سال 94-1392 بود. روش پژوهش در اين مطالعه، از نوع تركيبي بر پايۀ تحليل اسناد و مدارك، مصاحبه و اجراي پرسشنامۀ محقق ­ساخته بود. جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليۀ سازمان­ ها و شركت­ ها (صنايع متوسط و بزرگ شهرستان مطابق اطلاعات ثبت شده در ادارۀ صنايع استان- وزارت صنايع و معادن، معاونت توسعه صنعتي، دفتر آمار و اطلاع رساني) كه 42 شركت برآورد شد و مركز فني و حرفه ­اي شهرستان خرمشهر در بخش صنعت بود. از بين شركت­ها 7 شركت با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گيري هدفمند انتخاب شد و با 15 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان مصاحبه به عمل آمد. سپس به‌صورت تصادفي ساده 140 نفر از كارشناسان براي تكميل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. داده­ هاي جمع ­آوري شده با استفاده از t تك نمونه اي و t همبسته تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته ­هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب آموزش­هاي فني و حرفه­ اي در بخش صنايع شهرستان خرمشهر فاصله وجود دارد. در اين راستا بايد ارتباط و تعاملي مستمر بين مركز فني و حرفه‌اي با سازمان­ هاي صنعتي و توليدي شهرستان بر اساس نيازهاي بازار كار در دستور كار مديران و كارشناسان مركز فني و حرفه‌اي و صاحبان صنايع قرار گيرد.

This study aims at investigating the present situation and the desired status of technical and vocational educations in the industrial sector in Khorramshr in 1392-94. The research method is combinational and based on the analysis of documents, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study includes all organizations and Companies (medium-sized and big industries in Khorramshahr based on registered information available in the Department of Industries of Khozestan, Ministry of Industries and Mines, Department of Industrial Development and Office of Statistics and Information) which were totally 42 companies and also Technical and Educational Center of Khorramshahr in industry sector. Using purposive sampling, seven companies were selected and then 15 managers and experts were interviewed. Then 140 experts were selected randomly for completing the questionnaires. The collected data has been analyzed using t Test and Paired Samples Test. The findings of the research showed that there was a distance between present situation and the desired status of technical and vocational educations in the industrial sector of Khorramshr. In this regard, the managers of technical and vocational education center and managers and experts of industries should put great emphasis on continuous communication and interaction between technical and vocational education center and industrial and manufacturing organizations in the city based on labor market needs
