افزايش روند جهاني شدن، تحولات فناوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي اعم از گسترش جوامع شبكه اي، رسانه هاي جديد و نوآوري هاي آموزشي، ضرورت بازبيني شيوه هاي مديريت اطلاعات و دانش بيش از پيش احساس مي شود. . مديريت دانش، دامنه اي وسيع از موضوعات را در بر مي گيرد كه تسهيم دانش به عنوان يكي از حوزه هاي عمده و اصلي تمركز بر مديريت دانش شناخته مي شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسايي مهم ترين مولفه هاي اشتراك دانش در نيروهاي پليس مبتني بر نقشه شناختي است. مديريت دانش با ساده سازي و اصلاح فرآيند مشاركت، توزيع، ابداع يا آفرينش، گردآوري و درك دانش مي تواند به تصميمات نوآورانه در سازمان پليس كمك كند و آن را به يك سازمان دانش محور، نوآور و به روز تبديل نمايد. ايجاد مزيتهاي راهبردي در سازمان هاي انتظامي بيش از هر چيز مرهون بهره گيري موثر از منابع دانشي و پياده سازي نطام بالنده مديريت دانش مي باشد تحقيق حاضر درنظر دارد. در اين راستا ابتدا با مرور ادبيات تحقيق مجموعه اي از عوامل كليدي موفقيت و مولفه هاي مربوط اشتراك دانش شناسايي گرديد و سپس در يك اقدام پيمايشي و با بهره گيري از تكنيك آماري هر يك از عوامل كليدي موفقيت به آزمون گذارده شد. تا با امتيازدهي بر اساس طيف ليكرت مهم ترين مولفه ها را مشخص كنند با استفاده از p-value عامل هاي مهم شناسايي شدند. در ادامه با بهره گيري از نظرات چند تن از اساتيد خبره، نقشه استراتژي عوامل موثر بر اشتراك دانش با بهره گيري از مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري طراحي شد از ديدگاهي فراتر، رهيافت هاي منتج از مباني نظري تحقيق را مي توان به عنوان چارچوب مناسب براي سنجش فرآيند اشتراك دانش در ديگر ستادهاي انتظامي و نظامي مورد استفاده قرارداد.

The aim of this study was to identify the most important components of cognitive map-based knowledge sharing with police forces. Knowledge management simplification and reform of the process of cooperation, distribution, innovation or creation, acquisition and understanding of knowledge can help the police organization and its innovative decisions in a knowledge-based organization, innovative and updated convert. Create strategic advantages of regulatory agencies, above all, thanks to the effective use of resources, knowledge and implementation of a knowledge management system is progressive aims of this study. In this regard, a review of the literature component of a set of critical success factors and the sharing of knowledge were identified and then act in a survey and using the statistical technique of each of the key success factors was tested. Scoring on Likert scale with the most important components to identify important factors were identified using the p-value. In addition, by taking advantage of the views of a number of expert teachers, the factors influencing knowledge sharing strategy map using interpretative structural modeling design of further comment, approaches derived from theoretical foundations may be suitable as a framework for measuring process knowledge sharing with other law enforcement and military headquarters of the contract.
