چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي روش ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ، آﻣﻮزش در ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ را ﻣﺘﺤﻮل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎددﻫﯽ- ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ در ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻮاد و روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 94-93 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺗﻌﺪاد 120 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ )84% از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ( اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. روش آﻣﺎري ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ )ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ( ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Spss ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 18 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/70، ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/69، ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و رﻫﺒﺮي ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/56، ﭼﺎﻟﺶ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/43، ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه ﻣﺤﻮري ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/37 و ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/20، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎددﻫﯽ- ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷهركرد موثر بوده اند ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ در اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺪاول، 001/F=14/23, Sig=0 ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ(.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Objectives: Today, the use of new methods of electronic, medical education has changed. This study examines the challenges of teaching-learning is on developing and implementing e-learning in higher education. Materials and Methods: This research purpose has Applied, and in terms of methodology, descriptive. The study population consisted of all University of Medical Sciences in the 93-94 school year that the sampling method 120 teachers were selected randomly. To collect the data, the use Questionnaire of e-learning challenges were used. Experts validity and reliability (84% through Cronbach's alpha) and the appropriate tools reviewed in this study were. Statistical methods used for this study, descriptive and inferential analysis (factor analysis), respectively. For data analysis software Spss version 18 was used. Results: The results showed that human challenges with an average of 70.3, with an average of 69/3 Tech Challenge, management and leadership challenges with an average of 56/3, the challenge of communication tools with an average of 43.3, with an average of 37/3 challenge the central learning and assessment challenges with an average of 20.3, respectively, on the challenges of teaching-learning development and deployment of e-learning at the University of Medical Sciences were effective (mean difference in measurements used, F = 14/23, Sig = 0/001 is significant) . Conclusion: Regarding the use and development of e-learning in the study population, yet the possibility of using this method there. To use this teaching method, should face barriers to employment and develop it to be resolved.
