هدف آموزش ارائه يك تجربه يادگيري است كه تئوري و عمل را بصورت همزمان ادغام تا دانشجوي نظامي را در انجام موثرتر وظايف به عنوان يك پليس كارا تربيت سازد.ضرورت و هدف مهم اين تحقيق بررسي الگوهاي كاربردي تربيت و آموزش مي باشد تا با شناخت ويژگي هاي مختلف آموزشي و مرور بر الگوهاي موجود، راهكارهاي مديريتي موثري را براي برنامه ريزي پيشنهاد تا نواقص آموزش كنوني را كامل و فاصله بين تئوري و عمل كاسته و دانشجويان پليس، ضمن فراگيري مباني و اصول مهارت هاي پليس كارآمد، مهارت هاي عملي اجراي آن را نيز همزمان فراگيرند و بتوانند نواقص و كمبود هاي خود را همزمان جبران و در دنياي واقعي كارا و توانمند باشند.پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش هاي اكتشافي است كه از طريق مطالعات اكتشافي و بررسي مقالات و تاليفات مختلف در حوزه آموزش و مديريت، اهداف مطالعه خود را دنبال و باعث گسترش حوزه معرفتي پيرامون موضوع مورد نظر شد.يافته ها نشان دادبراي طراحي يك الگوي آموزشي مناسب و كاهش فاصله بين تئوري و عملجنبه هاي متعددي بايد مديريت و مورد توجه قرار گيرد كه در متن به وضوح به آن اشاره و در آخر چهارچوب مفهومي مناسبي پيشنهاد شده است.
