چكيده فارسي :
پيش‌بيني انتقال قدرت جهاني (يا بخشي از آن) از نيمكره‌غربي به نيمكره‌شرقي و همچنين بروز برخي نشانه‌هاي آن در دهه جاري ميلادي سبب شده تا توجه كشورها بيش از پيش به ترسيم وضعيت ژئوپليتيكي آن‌ها پس از جابجايي قدرت معطوف شود، در اين پژوهش به تبيين وزن ژئوپليتيكي كشور ايران در فرايند جابجايي قدرت با استفاده از روش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه پرداخته شده است. مدلي كه توسط نويسندگان براي سنجش وزن ژئوپليتيكي ايران ارائه شده متشكل از نُه فاكتور اقتصادي، سياسي، نظامي، فضايي، فرامرزي، سرزميني، علمي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي است كه پس از وزن‌دهي به شاخص‌هاي هر كدام از آن‌ها به سنجش وزن ژئوپليتيكي ايران پرداخته‌است. بر اين اساس، مشخص گرديد در صورت اجراي كامل فرايند انتقال قدرت، چنانچه حداكثر و حداقل ميزان ممكن براي افزايش يا كاهش وزن ژئوپليتيكي ايران به ترتيب «100+» و «100-» در نظر گرفته شود، مقدار تغيير وزن ايران برابر با «27/06+» خواهد بود. اين رقم نشان‌دهنده اين است كه اولاً: فرآيند جابجايي قدرت موجب افزايش وزن ژئوپليتيكي ايران خواهد شد و ثانياً مقدار اين افزايش حدوداً برابر با «4/1» بيشينه مقداري است كه مي‌تواند به وزن ايران اضافه شود.

The prediction of the global transfer of power from the Western to the Eastern Hemisphere, as well as the emergence of some of its signs in the current decade, has drawn the attention of countries more to their geopolitical status after power shift, this study tries to explain the geopolitical weight of Iran in the process of power transfer using the interview method and the questionnaire. The model presented by the authors to assess Iran's geopolitical weight consists of nine economic, political, military, spatial, transboundary, territorial, scientific, social, and cultural factors that, after weighting, have paid to the indices of each of them to measure Iran's geopolitical weight. Accordingly, it was determined that if the power transmission process is fully implemented, if the maximum and minimum amount of Iran's geopolitical weight gain or weight considered to be 100+ and 100- respectively, the weight change of Iran is equal to 06/27 + .This figure indicates that, firstly: the process of displacement of power will increase Iran's geopolitical weight, and secondly, the amount of this increase is approximately equal to 1/4 the maximum that can be added to the weight of Iran.
