Creative Drama: New Educational Approach in the Creation of Basic Concepts of Human Rights and Democracy in Police Training

آموزش نيروي انساني به منزله يكي از مولفه هاي اساسي در توسعه نهادهاي اجتماعي و دولتي مطرح مي باشد. امروزه توسعه علوم و تكنولوژي در بسياري از موارد باعث ايجاد شيوه هاي نوين در امر آموزش و افزايش كيفيت آموزشهاي ارايه شده، گرديده است. درچنين شرايطي افزايش آگاهي از طريق ارايه آموزش هاي جديد و توسعه نهادها و واحدهاي خدماتي و امنيتي داراي اهميت مي باشد. در حوزه امنيتي، پليس كه داراي وجهه اجتماعي مهم درجامعه مي باشد نيازمند آگاهي از مسئوليت خود درقبال انجام وظايف براساس حفظ و احترام به چارچوب اساسي حقوق بشر و دموكراسي مي باشد. امروزه در اغلب كشورهاي دنيا بويژه در غالب برنامه هاي آموزش و آماده سازي پليس مولفه هايي از قبيل دموكراسي و حقوق انسانها داراي جايگاه اساسي و مهمي است. بررسي هاي انجام شده نشان ميدهد كه در بسياري از موارد نقض اساسي حقوق شهروندان ناشي ازكمبود عمده در ارايه آموزش عملي و نوين به پليس مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر بعنوان يك شيوه علمي-عملي موثر به بررسي كاربرد شيوه نمايش خلاق در آموزش پليس به منظور ارتقا كيفيت خدمات پليسي و حفظ حقوق شهروندان در كنار آموزش هاي نظري مي پردازد. نمايش خلاق بعنوان يك روش جديد در حوزه آموزشي به هماهنگ سازي وجبران كمبودهاي عملي آموزش هاي نظري ارايه شده مي پردازد.
