بررسي تأثير دورۀ آموزشي مدير آموزشگاه بر عملكرد مديران آموزشگاه‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي آزاد شهرستان اهواز

Examination The effect of educational cours for “institute principlas”on the performance of managers of the technical and vocational institutes for Ahvaz

بي‌شك هر سازماني براي ادامۀ حيات خود و تحقق اهداف اصلي و رسالت خويش نيازمند مديران آموزش‌ديده و باتجربه است. كه سازمان را در تحقق اين اهداف ياري رسانند. با پيچيده شدن مشاغل و پيشرفت فنّاوري بر اهميت آموزش و مهارت مديران افزوده شده است. اين امر نشان‌دهندۀ اهميت دوره ­هاي آموزشي در مديران است. در اين مقاله سعي شده تا تأثير دوره‌هاي آموزشي مدير آموزشگاه را بر عملكرد مديران آموزشگاه فني و ‌حرفه‌اي آزاد شهرستان اهواز بررسي كند. جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش مديران آموزشگاه‌هاي فني و ‌حرفه‌اي آزاد در شهرستان اهواز مي‌باشد. اين شهرستان داراي 189 آموزشگاه است. با استفاده از فرمول نمونه موردنظر 126 آموزشگاه به‌دست‌آمده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته جمع‌آوري شده است و روايي صوري و محتوايي آن توسط متخصصان و صاحب­ نظران و پايايي آن از طريق انجام آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ تأييدشده است. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده ­ها توسط نرم‌افزار Spss و آزمون‌هاي مربوطه انجام‌شده است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان داده كه دوره‌ه اي آموزشي مدير آموزشگاه بر عملكرد مديران به‌صورت كلي و همچنين برنامه‌ريزي و كنترل و نظارت مديران تأثير چشم‌گيري دارد.

Undoubtedly, any organizations need experienced managers to realize their main goals and missions that will help the organization to achive these goals. With the complexity of businesses and the advancement of technology, the importance of managerschr('39') training and skills has been increased. This indicates the importance of training courses for managers. In this article, we tried to investigate the effects of educational courses of the director of the school on the performance of the managers of the technical and vocational institute of Ahvaz. The statistical population of this study is directors of free technical and vocational schools in Ahvaz city. The city has 189 schools. By using the sample formula, 126 schools have been obtained. The data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and its content and content validity was confirmed by its experts and its reliability through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha test. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software and related tests. The findings of this study showed that the curriculum of the director of the school has a significant effect on the performance of managers in general, as well as planning, controlling and supervising managers.
