The Effectiveness of Necessary Methodologies for Teaching Learners in the Education and Training Dept

تربيت و آموزش نيروي انساني متخصص و ماهر در ناجا با توجه به گستردگي و پيچيدگي وظايف از اهداف بسيار مهمي است كه بايد توجه ويژه‌اي به آن مبذول كرد. در همين راستا به منظور افزايش توانايي و مهارت پرسنل ناجا دانشگاه علوم انتظامي از سال 1377 بصورت گرايشي و از سال 1380 به صورت رشته‌اي به پذيرش و آموزش دانشجويان پرداخته و آموزش تخصصي را سرلوحه برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي خود قرار داده است افسران ناجا پس از فارغ التحصيلي از اين دانشكده و در طول خدمت نيز به شيوه هاي مختلف مورد آموزش قرار مي گيرند و دوره هاي تخصصي و عمومي مختلفي براي آنها برگزار مي گردد. محقق در پژوهش حاضر در پي‌ آن است تا تأثير دوره هاي آموزشي تخصصي و عمومي را بر ميزان مهارتهاي شغلي و تخصصي افسران و كاركنان بخش هاي مختلف نيروي انتظامي قم بررسي نمايد.

The reason for choosing this research is to know what problems in learning the skills necessary to the security personnel there and keep making positive changes in their behavior is a skill. The present study sought to investigate the structure and function of training courses in police science to answer this fundamental question that education on how much force officers has been successful in providing job skills.
