بررسي رويكرد برنامه درسي غالب اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه شاهد با عنايت به ماهيت رشته‌هاي تخصصي و سطح تحصيلات آنان

The study of prevailing curriculum approach of Shahed University faculty with regards to the nature of specialized courses and their educational level

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رويكرد برنامه درسي غالب اعضاي هيأت علمي (تمركزي، مصالحه جويانه و تمايزي) دانشگاه شاهد بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصيفي ـ تحليلي و از نوع پيمايشي و از ابزار، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته متناسب سازي شده، حسب ديدگاه سعد شاور ( (Sad Shawer, 2010استفاده شده است. از جامعه آماري اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشكده‌هاي هشت گانه دانشگاه با حجم 279 نفر، نمونه‌ها با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي تصادفي پس از محاسبه حجم جمعيت در زيرگروه‌هاي هشت دانشكده و دو گروه جنسي، تعداد 161 نفر نمونه برآورد شدند. روايي صوري و محتوايي ابزار مورد تأييد صاحب نظران و پايايي آن نيز در آلفاي كرونباخ 71/. بوده است. تحليل آماري داده‌هاي به كمك، شاخص‌هاي: ميانگين، انحراف معيار و نيز آزمون هاي استنباطي؛ «t تي تك متغيره و دو گروه مستقل»، «F تحليل واريانس يك راهه»،« آزمون تعقيبي توكي» و فريدمن، انجام شده است. يافته‌ها نشان دادكه نوع ماهيت رشته‌هاي علمي، ميزان به روز بودن سرفصل‌هاي آموزشي و نوع محتواي برنامه درسي دوره‌هاي آموزشي دكتري اجرا شده براي اعضاي هيأت علمي در فرايند تحصيلات آنها، بر شكل گيري رويكرد برنامه درسي غالب آنان، مؤثر واقع شده و در طيفي از؛ مراعات كننده دقيق سرفصل‌هاي آموزشي (تمركزي) تا فعال در عرصه برنامه ريزي درسي كلاسي دانشگاهي (تمايزي) قرار مي‌گيرند.

The aim of present research was to survey the dominant curriculum approach (Adaptation, development, and Fidility) of Shahed University faculties. The research community was 279 faculties of Shahed University in eight colleges that the 161 sample selected as statistical randomly estimation. The current research is conducted in descriptive-analytical method based on survey research and to collect data, scale of with Saad Shawer perspective as well as researcher-made questionnaire fit. Statistical analysis of data use to indicators such as mean, standard deviations and tests » one sample and independent t test», « F ANOVA, Tuky test, and Friedman«. Face and content validity of the instrument was approved and its reliability by the Cronbach alpha was 0.71 as well. The findings show that the scientific disciplines nature, the applied research extents and also updating training syllabus rate and the training curriculum content of doctoral courses implemented for faculties in their education process influenced on the formation of their using dominant curriculum approach and therefore faculties according to their field specialty and educational level stand in the range of specific observant training syllabus to active (Adaptation), in arena with college classroom curriculum planning(Fidility).
