چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺆال ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎراﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮرﯾﭻ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ اﺳﺖ؟ روش: ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ- ﮐﻤﯽ )آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ( اﺳﺖ. ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 22 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ 17 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﺎن ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻫﻨﺮآﻣﻮزان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﺗﻌﺪاد 104 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 82 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﻬﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎز ﭘﺎﺳﺦ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ دروس ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آﻣﺪ و ﮔﻮﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي اﺳﺘﻘﺮاﯾﯽ در 4 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي، ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ، ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ 35 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺟﻬﺖ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮرﯾﭻ، در ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪاي ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﮔﻨﺠﺎﻧﺪه ﺷﺪ و در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﻫﻨﺮآﻣﻮزان داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮرﯾﭻ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ واﺣﺪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ، ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ، ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ، وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋهاي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The present research is going to answer this question that how was the entrepreneur education service based on BORICH model at universities in Kermanshah city ? This study is an applied and qualitative – quantitative (mixed method: The survey population for qualitative part are 22 people that they are entrepreneur expert and teachers and 17 people of them contribute to research. Also, the survey population in quantitative part are Kermanshah technical students that they are 104 people and 82 of them are chosen using Morgan and Sample table. In this research, first using the open questionnaire, the entrepreneur experts and teachers answered questions about skill for teaching the entrepreneur and their ideas categorized into 4 personal traits, teaching skills, experimental skills and communication skills categories by inductive content analysis, then 35 items included in a self –made questionnaire to ranking and priority based on BORICH model and it given to students. Findings: Based on BORICH model they concluded that among the skills of entrepreneur course teaching, teaching skills, experimental skills, personal traits and communication skills of entrepreneur teachers are important, respectively.
