بررسي تأثير شنود مؤثر بر عملكرد مربيان آموزش فني و حرفه‌اي

Investigating Consequences of Effective Listening on the Performance of the Technical and Vocational Coaches

هدف:اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير شنود مؤثر بر عملكرد مربيان آموزشگاه‌هاي فني وحرفه‌اي مي­باشد. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است كه هدف آن تعين تأثير شنود مؤثر مربيان آموزش فني و حرفه‌اي و شناخت چگونگي اين تأثير بر عملكرد آنها مي­ باشد در اين تحقيق 6 فرضيه (شامل 2 فرضيه اصلي و 4 فرضيه فرعي ) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در آن از دو نمونه آماري استفاده شده است. نمونه اول پژوهش از جامعه آماري مربيان فني و حرفه‌اي به تعداد 143 نفر در خصوص تعين ميزان شنود مؤثر و نمونه دوم پژوهش از جامعه آماري كارآموزان به تعداد 403 نفر از اداره كل آموزش فني و حرفه‌اي انتخاب شده­اند. براي جمع‌آوري داده­ها از دو پرسشنامه سنجش شنود مؤثر و پرسشنامه سنجش عملكرد مربيان استفاده گرديد كه روايي آنها توسط صاحبنظران تأييد و پايايي آنها نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ تأييد گرديد و همچنين براي تجزيه و تحليل داده­ ها از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي، روش آزمون t، مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري و تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها:نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان شنود مؤثر مربيان اداره كل آموزش فني و حرفه­اي بالاتر از سطح متوسط بوده و تأثير مثبتي بر عملكرد مربيان فني وحرفه‌اي داشته و اين تأثير بر برخي از ابعاد عملكرد مربيان بيشتر بوده است.

Purpose: The purpose of this is study the investigating consequences of effective listening on the performance of technical and vocational coaches. Method: This research is a survey and descriptive study that aims to determine the effect of effective listening of technical and vocational coaches and describing how it improves performance. In this study there was 6 hypothesis (including 2 original hypothesizes and 4 secondary hypothesis). There were two samples in this research. The first research sample was choice from technical and vocational coaches and number of them is 143 people. The second sample was choice from trainees in technical and vocational training organization and its number was 403 people. For collecting data two questionnaires are used that one of them was for data of effective listening and another one was for collecting data about the performance of technical and vocational coaches. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, T test, structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis was used. Findings: The results showed that the effective listening of technical and vocational coaches are higher than the average level and have a positive impact on the performance of technical and vocational coaches and this effect in some dimensions is more than others.
