چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻌﺪدي ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮ راه ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌ ﺗﺠﺎرب اداﻣﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ، از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻫﻤﺪان ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮدي ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮي و ﺑﻪ روش ﭘﺪﯾﺪار ﻧﮕﺎري اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ 39 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ
ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺧﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و روﺣﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ آﻣﺪن ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و ﺗﻮان ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ و ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ ﻋﺪم ﺣﻀﻮر در ﮐﻼس، اﻧﺠﺎم ﻧﺪادن ﭘﺎﯾﺎنﻧﺎﻣﻪ و ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، اﺧﺮاج از داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﮐﻢ ﮐﺎري، ﻋﺪم ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ اداره آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ آﻣﺪن ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ از ﺳﻮي ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺷﻮﻧﺪﮔﺎن ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﺣﺼﺎ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺗﺨﺎذ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن اﯾﺠﺎد داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن و داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻣﺠﺎزي و آﻧﻼﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺣﻀﻮر ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ در ﻣﮑﺎن ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﺳﺮ راه ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻫﻤﻮار ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Abstract: There are many challenges facing teachers’ professional development. The purpose of the present paper is to study the experiences of teachers and Faculty members of continuing their education in the city of Hamedan. An interpretive phenomenographic approach was applied in this research. In this study, 39 teachers participated in semi-structured interviews. The results of the qualitative analysis showed that factors such as physical and mental boredom, lowering the quality of teaching and education, lack of attendance, not doing the theses and scientific research, expulsion, negligence, and lack of coordination with the Department of Education affects the participants. Establishing Teachers training University and virtual and online universities that don’t need any physical presence in a particular time or place may pave the way for the promotion of professional teachers.
