فضاي مجازي و پست مدرن شدن عرصه پزشكي (مطالعه موردي: موسيقي درماني)

Cyber space and post- modernization of modern medicine Case study: music therapy

با ظهور پسامدرنيسم در حوزه پزشكي، تفسيرهاي جديدي از مفاهيم سلامت و رويكردهاي آن پديد آمد. يكي از روش هاي درمانيكه با تفسيرهاي پست مدرنيستي تناسب دارد، طب مكمل و جايگزين است.با نقصان حضور انواع مختلف طب مكمل به خصوص موسيقي درماني در دانشگاه ها و كمبود كلينيك هاي موسيقي درماني در فضاي اجتماعي ايران، در فضاي مجازي شاهد ظهور سايت ها و وبلاگ هايي با موضوع موسيقي درماني هستيم. با توجه به اين محدوديت ها، آنچه قابل تامل است نقش فضاي مجازي در ايجاد فرصتي براي حضور گفتماني است كه به حاشيه رانده شده است. اين امكان حضور در فضاي مجازي در شرايط محدود حضور در فضاي فيزيكي نمودي از پست مدرن شدن است. مسلما محدوديت هاي فضاي واقعي بر كيفيت حضور موسيقي درماني در فضاي مجازي ايران هم تاثير مي گذارد. لذا اين پرسش ها مطرح مي شود كه چگونه موسيقي درماني در فضاي مجازي معرفي مي شود؟ در معرفي موسيقي درماني - به عنوان يكي از انواع طب مكمل- در فضاي مجازي بر چه ابعادي تاكيد مي شود؟ و چگونه اين ابعاد در تقابل با پزشكي مدرن قرار مي گيرند؟ روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه، تحليل محتواي كيفي است. جامعه هدف پژوهش عبارت است از وب سايت هاي ايراني فعال در رابطه با موسيقي درماني. روشنمونهگيري،نمونهگيرينظري (هدفمند) است و تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري ادامه يافته است. مطالعه و تجزيه و تحليل 11 سايت مورد بررسي، نشان داد اين سايت ها بر هفت بعد (مقوله) كلان از موسيقي درماني تاكيد مي كنند تا آن را به مخاطبان معرفي كنند كه عبارتند از: «بعد علمي»، «بعد تاريخي»، «كاركرد درمانگري»، «بعد توانمندسازي»، «مزيت بهداشتي سلامت»، «جامعيت كاربرد» و «جهاني بودن موسيقي درماني». از اين ميان، موسيقي درماني با تاكيد بر برخي ابعاد تلاش مي كند تا با نزديك كردن خود به پزشكي مدرن بر اعتبار خود افزوده و در مقابل با تاكيد بر برخي ابعاد ديگر، به رقابت با پزشكي مدرن مي پردازد. هرچند پزشكي مدرن در فضاي مجازي با گفتمان هاي رقيب مواجه شده و گفتمان هاي خاموش پزشكي مانند موسيقي درماني توانسته اند از اين فضا براي رقابت با پزشكي مدرن و حضور در عرصه سلامت استفاده كنند، اما آنچه به عنوان طب مكمل مي شناختيم نيز دچار تحول شده و از پزشكي مدرن تاثير يافته است.

New interpretations of the concept of health and its approaches have been developed with appearance and rise of post modernism in medical science. Complementary and alternative medicine is one good sample of the therapy methods which match the postmodern interpretations. Due to the lack of existence of different types of complementary medicine specifically the music therapy in the universities and shortage of music therapy clinics in the Iranian society, we are facing appearance of websites and blogs on the subject of music therapy in the cyberspace. Considering these limitations, the cyberspace has a considerable role in creating an opportunity for the presence of a discourse which is otherwise marginalised. The possibility of the existence in the cyberspace while there is limited chance of presence in the physical world is a sign of post modernism. The limitations of the real world will of course have an effect on the quality of development of music therapy in the Iranian cyberspace. Therefore the following questions are asked that how the music therapy is introduced in the cyberspace, which characteristics of the complementary medicine are more focused on in the introduction of music therapy in the cyberspace and how these characteristics interact with the modern medical science? The research method adopted in this study is the analysis of quality content. The target research society is the Iranian websites active in the field of music therapy. The sampling method is theoretical (targeted) sampling which was undertaken until the theoretical saturation was reached. Study and analysis of the 11 websites under assessment showed that these websites focused on 7 fundamental characteristics of music therapy for its introduction to the audience including the scientific, historical, therapy, empowerment, healthcare benefit, application integrity and globalisation. Music therapy while trying to gain credit by getting close to the modern medical science, competes with it by focusing on some of its other characteristics and dimensions. Although modern medical science is facing some rival discourses in the cyberspace and silent discourses like music therapy have been able to use this space to compete with modern medical science and be present in the health space, what we used to know as complementary medicine has also been revolutionised and affected by the modern medical science.
