Ways to Develop Sustainable Tourism Industry in Tabriz Based on Regional Components

هدف اين مقاله، بررسي دقيق عوامل موثر بر گردشگري پايدار شهر تبريز به خصوص از جنبه سيستم هاي منطقه اي نوآوري مي باشد. با توجه به مولفه هاي منطقه اي تاثيرگذار در امر گردشگري، روش اين تحقيق بر اساس تكنيك دلفي مي باشد كه در سه مرحله از نظرات و پيشنهادهاي خبرگان استفاده شده است. براي اين كار از 25 نفر از متخصصان حوزه هاي تاثيرگذار گردشگري تبريز بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد، تبريز با توجه به دارا بودن پتانسيل هاي متعدد از جمله مراكز تاريخي، جاذبه هاي طبيعت، وجود شخصيتهاي علمي، ادبي و مذهبي، و ثبت برخي از اماكن و صنايع آن در فرم جهاني، از معيارهاي لازم براي گردشگري پايدار در آينده برخوردار است. اقدامات صورت گرفته براي پايدارسازي گردشگري در تبريز در حد مناسب مي باشد و تبريز 1404 به عنوان يك سرآغاز براي توسعه گردشگري پايدار و مدرن سازي تبريز براي افق هاي دور مطرح مي گردد. آمادگي همه جانبه شهر با توجه به معيارهاي زيستي، محيطي، ارزشي، و انساني پايدارسازي گردشگري، و فرهنگ سازي و ارتقاء دانش و بينش شهروندي براي باورسازي توريسم از مهم ترين راهكارهاي توسعه گردشگري مي باشد.

The purpose of this article is a careful review of the factors affecting the sustainable tourism of Tabriz especially in terms of Regional Innovation Systems (RIS). Due to the influential regional components in tourism, the methodology of this research is based on the Delphi technique, which has been devoted to explaining the comments and suggestions of the experts in three stages. For this purpose, 25 experts from the influential tourism areas of Tabriz have been used. The results of this research indicate that Tabriz having multiple potentials including historical centers, nature attractions, scientific, literary and religious characters, and the registration of some of its regions and industries in the global form, has the necessary criteria and potentials for sustainable tourism in the future. The measures taken to stabilize tourism in Tabriz are appropriate and Tabriz in 1404 can be considered as a starting point for the development of sustainable tourism and also the modernization of Tabriz for the distant horizons may be regarded serious. Total readiness of Tabriz can be considered as the most important strategy for tourism development, including the standards of biological, environmental, valuable and humanistic aspects of tourism sustainability. Also, cultural development, promotion of knowledge and citizens’ views for believing tourism are of the important approaches to develop tourism in the city.
