ارزيابي تغييرات كاربري اراضي و پراكنش افقي مناطق شهري با استفاده از تصاوير ماهواره‌اي (مطالعه موردي شهر ماهشهر در مقطع زماني 1395- 1335)

(Evaluation of Land Use Changes and Horizontal Distribution of Urban Areas Using Satellite Imagery (A Case Study of Mahshahr during 1395-1385

در سال‌هاي اخير، اراضي بسياري از شهرهاي ايران مخصوصاً اراضي حاشيه‌اي شهرها تحت تأثير روند شهرنشيني و نياز شهروندان به مسكن جديد، تغيير كاربري داده و به اراضي ساخته شده تبديل شده‌اند. با توجه به اينكه در طي سال‌هاي اخير شهر ماهشهر با پديده مهاجرت مواجه بوده، تغيير و تحولات قابل توجهي را در كاربري اراضي شهري اين شهر شاهد هستيم. تحقيق حاضر در پي ارزيابي تغييرات اراضي شهر ماهشهر در طي سال‌هاي 1335- 1395 مي‌باشد. از اين رو براي پي بردن به نوع و ميزان تغييرات رخ داده در منطقه مورد مطالعه تصاوير سنجنده لندست TM, ETM, OLI / TIRS و همچنين تحولات جمعيتي اين شهر بين سال‌هاي 1335 تا 1395 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته‌اند. پس از عمليات بارزسازي، براي كشف و ارزيابي تغييرات از روش‌هاي فازي مبتني بر شدت انطباق (Fuzzy Artmap) استفاده شده است. نتايج به‌دست آمده از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه، در طي سال‌هاي 1355 تا 1365 كه بيشترين مهاجر پذيري را شهر داشته، مساحت فضاي سبز و مساحت مراتع تغييرات چنداني نداشته است؛ اما مطابق با رشد فضاي شهري در طي سال‌هاي 1365 تا 1375 مساحت فضاي سبز و مراتع به شدت كاهش يافته است. بنابراين با رشد جمعيت با تأخير زماني فضاي سبز و مراتع كاهش يافته است. البته از سال‌هاي 1375 تا 1395 با وجود رشد جمعيت و رشد شهر، فضاي سبز نيز افزايش يافته است.

Over the past few years, lands of many cities in Iran, especially marginal lands, have been repurposed due to the urbanization trend and need of citizens for new housing, turning this city parts into lands for construction. Given the facing of Mahshahr city with the phenomenon of immigration in the past years, significant changes have been observed in urban land use of this area. The research aimed to evaluate land changes in Mahshahr city during 1966-2011. To learn about the type and amount of changes, the Landsat images of TM, ETM, OLI/TIRS and the demographic changes of this city in the period of 1956-2011 were assessed. After image enhancement, fuzzy methods based on compliance intensity (Fuzzy Artmap) and comparison after classification (Crosstab) were used to detect and evaluate the changes. According to the results of the study, no significant changes have been observed in the area of green spaces and pastures of Mahshahr during 1976-1986; when the most immigrations to this city occurred. However, given the growth of urban space during 1986-1996, the area of green spaces and pastures significantly decreased. Therefore, the green spaces and pastures of this city reduced due to population growth with a delay. Nevertheless, there has been an increase in the green space area of the city during 1996-2006 despite the population and urban area growth.
