اعتبار سنجي ابزار ارزيابي وضعيت HSE در صنعت هتل داري (مطالعه موردي: مجموعه هتل‌هاي پارسيان در ايران)

Validation of HSE Status Assessment Tool in Hospitality Industry (A Case Study of Parsian Hotel Complex in Iran)

هتل ها بعنوان اصلي ترين ابزار صنعت هتلداري جايگاه ويژه اي دارند . نياز روزافزون هتلها و گروههاي هتلي براي به كارگيري شيو ه هاي علمي به منظور ارزيابي خود از ديدگاه بهداشتي، ايمني وزيست محيطي و آگاهي از جايگاه ميهمانان و كاركنان در حوزهHSE جهت حصول بهبود مستمر و حضور در عرصه ملي و جهاني ضروري است . اين مطالعه با هدف طراحي الگويي جهت ارزيابي وضعيت HSE در هتلها با استفاده از سيستم خبره , مرحله اول به تعيين معيارهاي موثر بر وضعيت HSE هتل با استفاده از ادبيات پژوهش و نظرات خبرگان با روش تكنيك دلفي پرداخت. مرحله دوم كه با پاسخگويي اعضاي هيات مديره هتل ، مدير داخلي ، معاون و مسئول ايمني و بهداشت همراه بوده است، عوامل موثر، اعتباريابي و اولويت بندي شد و در قالب يك مدل مفهومي ارائه شد. در اين مرحله داده هايي كه از طريق پرسشنامه ها جمع آوري شد، به وسيله ي نرم افزاspss 24 مورد تحليل قرارگرفت. الگوي پيشنهادي از 11 معيار و 38 زير معيار تشكيل شد. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق اثبات شد معيار ،صلاحيت و آموزش كاركنان با ميانگين رتبه 18/9 در اولويت اول ميان معيار ها و زير معيار تعيين حداقل نيازهاي آموزشيHSE كاركنان به تفكيك شغل با ميانگين رتبه 49/30 در اولويت اول ميان زير معيارها قرار دارد. الگوي پيشنهادي ابزاري مديريتي است جهت خودارزيابي هتل هايي كه در آغاز مسير بهبود HSE قرار دارند وحتي اين الگو امكان مقايسه با ساير هتلها يا گروههاي هتلي پيشرو را نيز تسهيل مي كند .

Hotels have a special place as the main tool of the hospitality industry. There is a growing need for hotels and hotel groups to apply scientific methods to evaluate health, safety and environmental awareness and the awareness of HSE guests and staff to achieve continuous improvement in the national and global context. In this study, in order to design a model to evaluate the HSE status of hotels using the expert system, in the first step, determining the effective criteria on the HSE status of the hotel using Delphi technique literature and expert opinions was done. The hotel's board of directors, interior manager, vice president and chief health and safety officer, influencers were accredited and prioritized and presented in a conceptual modelAt this stage, the data collected through questionnaires were analyzed by spss 24 software. The proposed model consisted of 11 criteria and 38 sub-criteria. Based on the results of the research, the criterion Qualification and Training of Personnel with average rating of 9/18 ranked first among the criteria and sub criterion Determination of minimum HSE training needs of employees by job with mean rating of 30/49 in first priority among the following The criteria are. The proposed template is a management tool for self-assessment of hotels that are at the beginning of the HSE improvement path, and this pattern also facilitates comparison with other leading hotels or hotel groups.
