ارزيابي عوامل موثر بر بهبود صنعت گردشگري با تاكيد بر توسعه درآمد پايدار در شهر رامسر مورد مطالعه(دو طرح چشمه آبگرم و تله كابين رامسر)

Evaluation of Factors Affecting Improvement of Tourism Industry with Emphasis on Sustainable Income Development in Ramsar Case study(two designs of Ramsar Hot Springs and Traps)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي عوامل موثر بر بهبود صنعت گردشگري با تاكيد بر توسعه درآمد پايدار در شهر رامسر در رابطه با دو طرح چشمه آبگرم و تله كابين رامسر به صورت توصيفي- تحليلي و به شيوه پيمايشي صورت گرفت. بدين منظور از طريق منابع كتابخانه اي و همچنين تهيه پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با كارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه مديريت شهري در شهرستان رامسر داده هاي لازم گردآوري گرديد و سپس از طريق تكنيك تحليل سلسله مراتبي(AHP) شاخص هاي لازم تعيين و داده هاي گردآوري شده حاصل از نظر جامعه آماري در نرم افزار اكسپرت چويس تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه در ارزيابي شاخص هاي اصلي، شاخصمديريت و برنامه ريزي با وزن 0.289 از بيشترين اهميت برخوردار بوده و شاخص هايمسائل اقتصادي، مسائل امنيتي، امكانات رفاهي و مسائل فرهنگي و اجتماعي به ترتيب با اوزان 0.284، 0.240، 0.100 و 0.087 در رتبه هاي دوم تا پنجم قرار دارند. بنابراين مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه نقش و اهميت برنامه ريزي در صنعت گردشگري مي باشد به گونه اي كه با وجود تامين تمامي شاخص ها در صورت عدم تدوين برنامه اي كه چشم انداز صنعت گردشگري را به خوبي روشن ننمايد، وجود منابع مالي و رفاهي كمكي به صنعت گردشگري در اين شهرستان نخواهد نمود و امينت مورد نظر گردشگران نيز تامين نخواهد شد.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors affecting the improvement of tourism industry with emphasis on sustainable income development in Ramsar in relation to the two Ramsar hot springs and telecommunications plans in a descriptive-analytical manner. For this purpose, the necessary data were collected through library resources as well as questionnaires and interviews with experts and experts in the field of urban management in Ramsar city. Statistical community view was analyzed in Expert Chase software. The results showed that management and planning index of 0.289 was the most important in evaluating the main indicators and the indexes of economic, security, amenities and cultural and social They are ranked second to fifth with weights of 0.284, 0.240, 0.100 and 0.087, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the role and importance of planning in the tourism industry is such that, despite the provision of all indicators in the absence of a plan that does not clearly illustrate the prospects for the tourism industry, the availability of financial and welfare assistance to The tourism industry in the city will not and the security of the tourists will not be provided.
