الگويابي ادراك ژئوپليتيكي كشورهاي همجوار نسبت به فضاهاي جغرافيايي پيرامون

Modeling the geopolitical perception of neighboring countries in relation to the surrounding geographical spaces

فضاي جغرافيايي با دارا بودن ارزشها و منابع متنوع زيستي ، بنيان هاي طبيعي و كاركردي ادراك و شناخت متفاوتي به كشورها و بازيگران سياسي مي‌نماياند. ادراك و تصوير ذهني بازيگران و كشورها از محيط و نحوه برداشت آن‌ها از آن، نقش مهمي در تصميم‌گيري و رفتار آن‌ها دارد . مكان ها و فضاهاي جغرافيايي بصورت ارزش هاي درك شده از سوي كشورها، ملت ها، بازيگران سياسي و حكومت ها در مي آيند و معناي سياسي و مطلوبيت خاصي براي آنها پيدا مي كنند. حكومت ها و دولت ها به عنوان بزرگترين بازيگران سياسي ،خط مشي ، سياست ها و الگوهاي رفتاري خود نسبت به مكان ها و فضاهاي جغرافيايي ديگر را بر اساس تصور و ادراك ژئوپليتيكي نوع فرصت ها يا تهديدها (علايق و نگراني هاي ژئوپليتيكي) ادراك شده خود از آن شكل مي دهند و نوع الگوهاي رفتاري مختلفي نظير تعامل، همگرائي، رقابت ، ستيز و نظاير آنرا در بين مي آفرينند. با بررسي ديدگاه هاي صاحب نظران علم ژئوپليتيك و جغرافياي سياسي مي توان گفت : اهم منابع و عوامل تاثير گذار بر ادراك ژئوپليتيكي در روابط كشورها، شامل منابع و ارزشهايي است كه با ماهيت جغرافيايي و سرزميني شناخته مي شوند. در اين مقاله، با بهره گيري از رويكرد توصيفي – تحليلي سعي مي شود اهم اين ارزشها با ماهيت جغرافيايي و سرزميني ابعاد چهارگانه از قبيل: بنيادهاي زيستي و طبيعي ، اقتصادي (ژئواكونومي) ، فرهنگي- اجتماعي و سياسي- نظامي (ژئواستراتژيك) در قالب مدل رفتاري تعيين و ترسيم شود.

Conception or apprehenssion of countries geopolitics toward geographical spaces is among relevant discourses in political geography and geopoletics.Geographical spaces having diverse value and resourses shows natural and functional of divrse conception to countries and political actors. Mental conception of actors and countries from environment and the way of its apprehension has major role in decision and their behavour. Geographical spaces and places appears as understood values from countries, nations and political actors and finds political meaning and certain desirability for them. Geographical values finding certain desirability possesed geopolitical nature. These values have no stability and according to different condition during times will be changed. Governments and staes as the great political actors shape their policy,politics and habitual patterns toward other geographical spaces according geographical conceptions and undestood apportunities and threats and create differen habitual patterns like interaction, convergence, contest, conflict and so on. By studying the specialist views of political geography science can say the important factors and resourses influencing geopolitical conception among country relationship including value and resourses distinguished with geographical and regional nature. This study by descriptional-analitical approach tries to detemine these imporatan values with geographical and regional of fourfold dimentions like natural, economical, socialcultural and political-military bases in habitual model.
