تحليل آثار گردشگري در توسعه مناطق روستايي استان اصفهان (مطالعه موردي روستاي گردشگري جاجا )

An Analysis of the Effects of Tourism on Rural Areas Development in Isfahan Province (The Case Study of Jaja Village) چكيده [English]

گردشگري روستايي يك فعاليت درآمدزا در مناطق روستايي محسوب است. در اين مقاله، برخي از آثار مثبت و منفي ورود گردشگران به روستا مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. اين پژوهش به روش پيمايشي انجام شد، ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه بود كه به تعداد 34 پرسشنامه (با استفاده از فرمول كوكران) از ساكنين روستاي جاجا انتخاب گرديد. روستاي جاجا يكي از روستاهاي گردشگري شهرستان نجف آباد در استان اصفهان مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله ويژگي‌هاي فردي پاسخگويان، اولويت‌هاي پاسخ دهندگان در مورد آثار مثبت و منفي ورود گردشگران به روستا، بررسي ارتباط بين متغيرها و تحليل عاملي تأثيرات مثبت و منفي ورود گردشگران، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه از ديدگاه پاسخ‌گويان مهمترين آثار مثبت ورود گردشگران به روستا كمك به ايجاد درآمد تكميلي و مهمترين آثار منفي ورود گردشگران افزايش قيمت اراضي روستا و گسترش سوداگري مي‌باشد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل عاملي نيز اثرات مثبت را در عوامل: توسعه اقتصادي- زيربنايي، توسعه فرهنگي و توسعه كالبدي و اثرات منفي را در عوامل: تخريب فضاي كسب و كار، تخريب فضاي توليدي و تخريب تخصيص منابع بيان نموده است.

Rural tourism could be considered as an income-generating activity in rural areas. In this paper, some positive and negative effects of rural tourism were studied. The survey method was employed and the necessary data were collected through questionnaires. The number of questionnaire was determined using the Cochran formula (n=34). In this paper, the individual characteristics, priorities of respondents about positive and negative effects of rural tourism were examined and the relationship between the variables was estimated; also, the positive and negative effects of rural tourism on rural areas development were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the most important positive effect of rural tourism was to help create an extra income and the most important negative effect of rural tourism was increasing rural land prices and spreading mediates. The results of factor analysis have also shown positive effects factors for economic- infrastructure development, cultural development and physical development but negative effects factors for destruction of business environment, production environment and allocation resources.
