مقايسه سبك هاي دلبستگي و مشكلات هيجاني در دانشجويان دختر مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي و دانشجويان عادي

Comparison of attachment style and emotional problems in female students

دف اين پژوهش مقايسه سبك هاي دلبستگي و مشكلات هيجاني در دانشجويان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي و عادي بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه توصيفي از نوع على مقايسه اي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشكي ايران در سال تحصيلي 96-97 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 150 نفر (75 دانشجوي مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي و 75 دانشجوي عادي بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي چند مرحله - اي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه هاي هراس اجتماعي، سبك هاي دلبستگي و مقياس افسردگي، اضطراب و استرس استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحليل واريانس چند متغيري (مانو)) تحليل شدند. يافته: نتايج نشان داد كه بين دو گروه از دانشجويان در سبك هاي دلبستگي و مشكلات هيجاني تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. ميانگين نمرات دانشجويان داراي اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي در سبك دلبستگي اجتنابي، اضطرابي و افسردگي، اضطراب و استرس بيشتر از دانشجويان عادي بود. همچنين ميانگين نمرات دانشجويان عادي در سبك دلبستگي ايمن، بيشتر از دانشجويان داراي اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي بود. نتيجه گيري: اين يافته ها تلويحات مهمي در زمينه آموزش و ارتقاي بهداشت رواني دانشجويان با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعي دارد.

Aim: The purpose of this study was comparing of attachment style and emotional problems in female students with social anxiety disorder and normal. Method: This study is a comparative case-control kind. The statistical universe of this research consisted of all female students of Iran University of medical sciences in academic year of 2016-2017. The research subjects consisted of 75 female student with social anxiety disorder and 75 female student of normal who were selected through Multistage sampling method. Data were collected using the Social Phobia Inventory, Attachment Inventory Questionnaire and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale. The data were analyzed using the multivariate and univariate analysis of variance ( MANOVA). Results: The findings of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference between two groups of female students with social anxiety disorder and normal (P<0.05). The mean score of female students with social anxiety disorder in avoidant attachment style, ambivalent attachment style, depression, anxiety and stress was significantly greater than that of female students normal. Also mean score of female students' normal in secure attachment style was significantly greater than that of female students with social anxiety disorder. Conclusion: This finding has important implications as regards the education and mental health of students of with social anxiety disorder.
