Explaining the Situation of the Syrian Alevis After the Crisis

با رسيدن موج حاصل از رستاخيز جهان عرب به سوريه يكي از پيچيده ترين چالش هاي امنيتي در منطقه خاورميانه رغم خورد و توجه بسياري از كشورهاي منطقه اي و فرامنطقه اي را به اين كشور معطوف ساخت. شايد بتوان گفت اهميت ژئوپليتيكي سوريه و نقش استراتژيك اين كشور در مناسبات منطقه اي و بين المللي در ايجاد و تداوم اين ناآرامي ها تاثيرگذار بوده است. هرچند تحولات صورت گرفته در سوريه تا حدودي ريشه در نارضايتي اقشار مختلف و اوضاع پر تنش داخلي اين كشور داشته اما بي شك وجود منافع مشترك و گاها متضاد كشورهاي خارجي در سوريه نيز در تعميق جنگ داخلي و گسترش بحران بي تاثير نبوده است. مقاله حاضر با طرح اين سوال كه؛ حكومت علويان سوريه پس از گسترش بحران در اين كشور از چه موقعيتي برخوردار است؟ سعي دارد با روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با بهره مندي از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي به تبيين موقعيت سياسي حكومت علويان سوريه پس از آغاز جنگ داخلي در اين كشور بپردازد. در اين راستا فرضيه‌اي به شكل زير مطرح شد. قدرت سياسي حكومت علوي در سوريه پس از گسترش جنگ داخلي تنزل يافته است.مطالعات صورت گرفته در جهت اثبات فرضيه فوق بيانگر اين واقعيت است كه، نظام سياسي علوي در سوريه بعد از شروع اعتراضات و گسترش بحران در اين كشور، از بعد اقتصادي، حاكميتي، سرزميني، شناسايي بين المللي و جمعيت انساني به شدت آسيب ديده و نفوذ و مشروعيت قبلي را ندارد.

the geopolitical importance of Syria and its strategic role in regional and international relations have contributed to the creation and continuation of these unrest.Although developments in Syria have partly been rooted in the dissatisfaction of the various strata and the country's tense situation, there is no doubt that the common, and sometimes contradictory, interests of foreign countries in Syria are effective in deepening the civil war and spreading the crisis.By dealing with the question: What is the position of the Syrian Alevis after the expansion of the crisis in this country?this paper attempts to explain the political situation of the Syrian Alevis government after the start of the civil war in the country using a descriptive-analytical method and with the benefit of library studies. In this regard, the following hypothesis is presented: The political power of the Alawite government in Syria has declined since the expansion of the civil war. The studies conducted to prove the above hypothesis reflect the fact that the Alawite political system in Syria has been severely damaged economically, governmentally, international recognition and demographically, after the start of the protests and the spread of the crisis in this country and does not have the previous legitimacy.
