ارزيابي تاثير پروژه هاي بزرگ مقياس بر نگرش شهروندان به مديريت شهري نمونه موردي: ميدان شهرداري شهر رشت

پروژه هاي بزرگ مقياس علاوه بر اين كه مي توانند آينده شهر را در ابعاد گوناگون تحت تاثير قرار دهند بلكه همچنين نقش مهمي بر شكل گيري نگرش مردم نسبت به مديريت شهري دارند. پروژه پياده راه فرهنگي شهرداري شهر رشت يكي از پروژه هاي بازآفريني شهري در مقياس ملي است كه نقش مهمي در شكل نگرش مردم شهر رشت به مديريت شهري قبلي و همچنين قضاوت مديريت شهري جاري دارد. از اين رو پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نقش اين پروژه در نگرش مردم شهر رشت به مديريت شهري مي پردازد. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت و روش، متكي به تحليل هاي كمي و آماري است. بر اين اساس اقدام به توزيع 247 پرسشنامه در محدوده مورد مطالعه شده است. براي انجام تحليل داده هاي ناپارامتريك از آزمون كروسكال واليس و همبستگي اسپيرمن براي سنجش تاثير متغيرهاي مستقل بر متغيرهاي وابسته پژوهش استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد با افزايش نگرش مثبت شهروندان نسبت به پروژه هاي بزرگ مقياس، نگرش شهروندان نسبت به مديريت شهري بهتر ميشود و هرچه رضايت شهروندان از كارنامه شهرداري در حوزه عمراني و ساخت و ساز افزايش يابد, نگرش شهروندان نسبت به عملكرد مديريت شهري مثبت تر خواهد بود.

Large-scale projects can not only influence the future of the city in many ways but also play an important role in shaping people’s attitudes toward urban management. Rasht Municipality Square (Meydan-e Shahrdari-e Rasht) Cultural pedestrian zone is one of the national scale urban regeneration projects that plays an important role in shaping the attitude of the people of Rasht to previous urban management as well as how to judge the current one. Therefore, the present study investigates the role of this project in the perception of Rasht people about urban management. In terms of nature and method, this research relies on quantitative and statistical analysis. Accordingly, 247 questionnaires were distributed in the study area. For analysis of nonparametric data, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation are applied to assess the effect of independent variables on the dependent variables of the study. The results showed that by increasing the positive attitude of citizens towards large-scale projects, citizens› attitude towards urban management will be improved. an‎d the more citizens are more satisfied with the municipal record in the construction-civil dimension, the more positive the judgment of citizens will be on urban management performance.
