Multi-criteria Decision Making to Determine Urban Identity Usage (Case study: Yaghoubiyeh historical bathroom in Ardabil)

باززنده سازي و بخشيدن حيات دوباره به حمام هاي تاريخي موجود در بستر شهر مي تواند به شكل گيري الگوي حمايت از ميراث فرهنگي از منظر اقتصادي اجتماعي بيانجامد و سرزندگي اقتصادي را وارد جامعه نمايد. معماري و عملكرد خاص حمام ها بسيار پيچيد هتر از ساير بناهاي تاريخي است و همين امر باعث به وجود آمدن فضاهاي ويژهاي در آنها شده كه با بررسي و درك اين فضاها و روابط بين آنها، باززنده سازي حمام هاي تاريخي و اعطاي كاربري مناسب به آنها، به بهترين نحو انجام خواهد پذيرفت. مقاله پيش رو با هدف شناسايي معيارها موثر بر مداخالت باززنده سازي حمام تاريخي يعقوبيه اردبيل به دنبال بهترين گزينه براي حفاظت از حمام هاي تاريخي مي پردازد. در اينجا اين سوال مطرح است كه آيا براي حمام هاي مورد بهره برداري؛ كاربري مناسبي براي آنها منظور شده است يا خير؟ در پاسخ به اين سوال، با توجه با اينكه حمام يعقوبيه كه هنوز مورد بهره برداري قرار نگرفته، ليكن در طرح احياء آن كاربري متفاوتي با كاربري اصلي براي آن در نظر گرفته شده است، به صورت ميداني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و به شيوه توصيفي، تجزيه و تحليل گرديده است. پس از آن معيارهاي موثر در تعيين كاربري حمام هاي تاريخي بر اساس ادبيات موضوعي شناسايي شد و با استفاده از مدل تصميم گيري چند معياره MCDM و انتخاب روش چند شاخص هاي MADM ،مهمترين معيارهاي مطرح در مرمت و تغيير كاربري حمام تاريخي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده از پرسشنامه ها توسط 10 خبره متخصص و روش AHP ،چهار گزينه حفاظت، مرمت و باززندهسازي، رضايت و همكاري مالكين، متوليان و سياست گذاران و تامين بودجه و منابع هزينه حفظ ارزشهاي تاريخي - فرهنگي و كاركردي به عنوان معيارهاي اصلي مرمت حمام تاريخي يعقوبيه در اولويت قرار گرفتند. براي انتخاب مناسب ترين گزينه اعطاي كاربري نيز با استفاده از روش تاپسيس، گزينه كاربري بهداشتي درماني عنوان كاربري هاي نهايي براي حمام يعقوبيه معرفي گرديد.

The architecture and specific function of the baths are much more complex than other monuments, and this creates special spaces in which they are best explored and understood, and the relationships between them, the remodeling of historic baths and the proper use of them. Will accept. This article aims to identify the best criteria for preserving historic baths with the aim of identifying the criteria that affect the restoration interventions of Yaqubiyeh Ardebil. The question here is whether or not they are suitable for use in bathrooms. In answer to this question, given that the Yaqubiyah bath which has not yet been exploited, but in the plan of its restoration is considered a different landfill to its original use, it has been field-surveyed and descriptive, The analysis is done. Then effective criteria for determining the use of historical baths based on the thematic literature were identified. an‎d using the Multi-criteria Decision Making Model (MCDM) and Multi-Index Method (MADM), the most important criteria in refurbishing and changing the historic bathroom use were investigated. According to the results of the questionnaires by 10 expert AHP experts and methodists, four options (conservation, restoration and regeneration), (satisfaction and cooperation of owners, trustees and policymakers) and (budgeting and cost savings) (maintaining Historical-cultural and functional values) were prioritized as the main criteria for the restoration of the Yaqubiyeh historical bath. In order to select the most suitable granting option using TOPSIS method, the health-care option was introduced as the final uses for the Yaqubiyeh bath.
