بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ ورزش قهرماني زنان ايران

Investigating the factors affecting the development of Iranian women's sport championship

هدف از اين پژوهش، مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان ايران بود. اين پژوهش از نوع كيفي است كه به شيوه تحليل محتواي مستقيم و با استفاده از ادبيات موجود و مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان منتخب (به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند) اجرا شد. تحليل ادبيات موجود، سه دسته عوامل زيرساختي، فني-ورزشي و بستر اجتماعي مؤثر در توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان را آشكار كرد كه در مرحله بعد از طريق مصاحبه هاي نيمه ساختاريافته، بسط داده و تكميل شد. حاصل تحليل ها، استخراج 43 كد و 11 مقوله فرعي بود. عوامل زيرساختي چهار مقولۀ امكانات عموميِ ورزش قهرماني، امكانات اختصاصي بانوان، منابع درآمدي و ساختار مديريتي را در بر گرفت؛ سه مقولۀ توسعه حرفه اي، مديريت استعداد و آماده‌سازي عمومي، عوامل فني-ورزشي را تشكيل دادند؛ و دسترسي به منابع انساني، شايستگي ها، حمايت ها و محدوديت هاي عرفي نيز در دستۀ بستر اجتماعي قرار گرفتند. بنابراين، توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان نيازمند بهبود وضعيت اجتماعي، زيرساخت هاي اوليه و عوامل فني است كه به نظر مي رسد موضوعات اجتماعي عواملي زيربنايي تر هستند. از اينرو، لازم است براي تسريع روند توسعه ورزش زنان، تعاملات با گروه هاي ذي نفوذ داخلي و نهادهاي بين المللي و سپس همكاري هاي بين بخشي مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the development of the Iranian women's sport championship. This is a qualitative research that is categorized into direct content analysis; the data were gathered by existing literature and 15 interviews with experts selected using purposive sampling. The analysis of existing literature revealed three categories of infrastructure, technical-sport, and social contexts influencing the development of women's championship sport. In the next step, the framework through semi-structured interviews, extended and completed. As a result of the analysis, 43 codes and 11 subcategories were extracted. The infrastructure factors include four categories of popular sports facilities, exclusive women’s facilities, income sources, and administrative structures; Technical-sports factors include professional development, talent management and general preparation; and social contexts influencing the development of women's championship sport include access to human resources, eligibilities, social support, and conventional limits. Therefore, the development of women's championship sport requires an improvement in social status, basic infrastructure, and technical factors; and social issues seem to be more fundamental and important. In order to accelerate the development of women's championship sports, it is necessary to consider interactions with domestic influential groups and international institutions, as well as inter-sectoral cooperation.
