Developing an Analytical Structural Model for the Development of Women's Championship Sport

شناسايي عواملي كه مي توانند ورزش قهرماني زنان را در مسير درست توسعه قرار دهند مي تواند نقشه راه مناسبي براي حركت رو به جلوي اين بخش مهم از ورزش كشور باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوين الگوي ساختاري تحليلي توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان بود. روش پژوهش كيفي و توصيفي-تحليلي است. جامعۀ آماري كليه مديران ارشد فدراسيون، ورزشكاران، مربيان و نايب رئيسان هيئت‌هاي چهار رشتۀ منتخب تكواندو، تيراندازي با كمان، كاراته و ووشو (110 نفر) بود كه از بين آن‌ها براساس روش هدفمند 21 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. بعد از شناسايي عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان كه از دل مصاحبه به دست آمد، از تحليل ميك مك براي مدلسازي تحليلي ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرماني زنان داراي سه سطح مي باشد. همچنين بر اساس تحليل ميك مك «حمايت مالي»، «ساختار و سياست‌گذاري ورزش» در منطقه نفوذي، «رقابت‌هاي ملي (بين‌المللي)» در منطقه پيوندي، «اماكن و تسهيلات آموزشي»، «حمايت شغلي» و «سيستم مربيگري» در منطقه خومختار و «محيط قهرماني» و «مشاركت ورزشي» در منطقه وابسته قرار مي‌گيرند. همچنين با توجه به نتايج محيط قهرماني، استعداديابي و حمايت مالي بيشترين وزن را در توسعه ورزش بانوان دارند. بنابراين مي توان گفت كه بدون توجه به عوامل توسعه مانند حمايت مالي از ورزش زنان نمي توان انتظار توسعه پايدار ورزش قهرماني زنان را داشت.

Identifying the factors that can put women's championship sports on the right track can be a good roadmap for moving forward in this important part of the country's sport. The purpose of the present study was to develop an analytical structural model for the development of women's championship sport. The research method was qualitative and descriptive-analytical. The statistical population consisted of all senior managers of the federation, athletes, coaches and vice presidents of Taekwondo, Archery, Karate and Wushu (110 people), all of whom 21 were selected based on purposeful sampling. After identifying the factors that influenced the development of women's championship sport from the interviews, the McMach analysis was used for structural analytical modeling. The results showed that there are three factors affecting the development of women's championship sport. Also based on McKay's analysis of "financial support", "structure and policy making in the area of influence," national (international) competitions in the affiliated region, "educational facilities and facilities", "job support" and "coaching system" in the region. Gourmet and the "championship environment" and "sports participation" are in the dependent region. Also, according to the results of the championship environment, talent and financial support have the greatest weight in the development of women's sport. Therefore, one cannot expect sustainable development of women's championship sport regardless of development factors such as sponsoring women's sports.
