چكيده فارسي :
هدف مطالعه، شناسايي و معرفي «نقطۀ آغازين» چرخش نظام آموزش و پژوهش كشور از مسير تاريخي نامطلوب (تقليد سطحي و نفتبنيان از نوآوري هاي جهان مدرن) به مسير مطلوب (توسعه دانش‌بنيان) است. نظر به ابهامات و پيچيدگي هاي نظري «چيستي نقطه شروع اصلاح فرد يا جامعه اي كه در يك مسير تاريخي نامطلوب قرار گرفته است»، با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي، به بررسي ديدگاه صاحب نظران عرصه هاي موفقيت، عرفان اسلامي و توسعه در مورد نقطه آغازين تبديل شدن يك فرد يا جامعه ناموفق، گمراه و عقب مانده به يك فرد يا جامعه موفق، متعالي و توسعه يافته پرداخته شد. برخي صاحبنظران شناخته شده حيطه هاي موفقيت، عرفان اسلامي و توسعه به طور مشخص به اين مهم پرداخته و نقطه آغازين متحول شدن يك فرد يا جامعه ناموفق و عقب‌مانده به يك فرد يا جامعه موفق و توسعه يافته را به ترتيب با استفاده از مفاهيم «نوشيدن داروي تلخ»، «توبه يا يَقَظَه» و «تغيير در روش فكر كردن» معرفي كردهاند كه همگي آن‌ها را ميتوان توضيح يك تحول واحد از زواياي مختلف دانست: «پذيرش مسئوليت خود در رسيدن به وضع نامطلوب موجود». در آثار بسياري از انديشمندان ديگر نيز مطالبي وجود دارد كه با اين مفهوم هم خواني دارد. مطابق يافته ها، نظام آموزش و پژوهش كشور به منظور چرخش از مسير تاريخي ناكارآمد و نفتبنيان به مسير دانش بنيان بايد در گام اول، داروي تلخ را بنوشد، يعني اولا، بايد وخامت اوضاع خود را قبول كند و ثانيا، مسئوليت خود در رسيدن به نقطه نامطلوب كنوني را بپذيرد. فقط «نوشيدن اين داروي تلخ» است كه مي تواند آمادگي خروج از چرخۀ مزمن «تقليد كوركورانه و ناكارآمد از نوآوري هاي جهان مدرن» را در ما ايجاد كند. در غير اينصورت، چنانچه پيش از نوشيدن داروي تلخ مذكور به هر نوع اقدامات اصلاحي بپردازيم، باز هم «به گرد خويش مي گرديم و همان جا كه بودهايم ميمانيم و چيزي كه افزون ميشود خستگي و ملال و افسردگي است».
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to identify and introduce the "starting point" of shifting the country's education and research system from the "oil-based" to the "knowledge-based" path. Given the ambiguities and complexities of "nature of starting point of correction process" for an individual or a society that has gone down in an undesirable historical path, using library studies, the views of experts in the fields of success, Islamic mysticism and development about the starting point of becoming an unsuccessful, perverse, and undeveloped, individual or community into a successful, transcendent and developed individual or community were examined. Experts in the fields of success, Islamic mysticism and development explain the starting point of the transformation process of an unsuccessful, perverse, or undeveloped, individual or community as "drinking the bitter drug", "repentance or vigilantism", and "changing ways of thinking", respectively that can be described as an identical phenomenon from different points of view: "confessing it self's responsibility for achieving the undesirable status quo". Many other scientists have mentioned the same concept. Therefore, in order to correct the intended oil-based path, Iran science and research system in the first step should "drink the bitter drug" that's mean it should admit the deterioration of the situation and accept its responsibility for achieving current situation; otherwise, any other action would be as continuing the inefficient historical path.
