وجود امنيت در مناطق مرزي از اهميت شاياني برخوردار است به خصوص مناطق مرزي ريشه استحكام آمايش سرزمين محسوب مي‌شود. در حال حاضر مسائل مرتبط با امنيت پايدار مناطق مرزي بسيار حائز اهميت است زيرا در صورت وجود هرگونه اختلاف مرزي و ناامني در اين مناطق امنيت ملي را مورد تهديد قرار مي‌دهد. آنچه مي‌تواند بر امنيت مناطق مرزي تأثيرگذار باشد شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر آن و تلاش براي برون‌رفت از چالش‌هاي دامن‌گير و تقويت فرصت‌ها مي‌باشد. منطقه مرزي سردشت در سال‌هاي اخير شاهد افزايش قاچاق كالا و گروه‌هاي معاند ستيزه‌جو بوده و باعث ناامني منطقه شده است. ازاين‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء امنيت پايدار شهرستان مرزي سردشت است. روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي مبتني بر پيمايش مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش متخصصين و صاحب‌نظران مرتبط با موضوع امنيت است كه به روش گلوله برفي حجم نمونه 35 نفر مي‌باشد. روش تحليل بر اساس مدل استراتژيك SWOT است. نتايج حاصل نشان مي‌دهد كه وضعيت امنيت در منطقه مرزي سردشت در وضعيت تهاجمي SO قرار دارد. در بين مؤلفه‌هاي نقاط قوت " وجود بازارچه‌هاي مرزي "، " نظارت دقيق و قوي فرمانده انتظامي و مرزباني در مرزهاي شهرستان" به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء امنيت در شهرستان مرزي سردشت بيشترين تأثير را دارند. همچنين "گسترش قاچاق كالا و بازخورد منفي آن بر امنيت"، "توسعه نامتوازي و هم زمان زيرساخت‌هاي امنيت مرزي" از نقاط ضعف اين منطقه مي‌باشد. در بين نقاط فرصت "عملكرد رسانه‌ها و افزايش احساس امنيت"، "وجود زبان و مذهب مشترك ساكنين دو طرف مرز "، " و در بين نقاط تهديد نيز " شكاف بين مردم و مسئولين"، "گسترش قاچاق كالا" بيشترين تأثير را در ارتقاء امنيت پايدار منطقه دارند. لذا براي ايجاد امنيت پايدار در مناطق مرزي شهرستان سردشت لازم است راهبردهاي توسعه در همه ابعاد موردتوجه قرار گيرد تا مفهوم امنيت پايدار تحقق يابد.

Security is important in border areas, especially in border areas. At present, issues related to the sustainable security of border areas are very important because they threaten national security in the event of any border disputes and insecurity in these areas. What can affect the security of border areas is identifying the factors that affect it and trying to overcome the challenges and strengthen opportunities. In recent years, the Sardasht border region has witnessed an increase in smuggling of goods and anti-militant groups, which has led to insecurity in the region. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the promotion of sustainable security in the border city of Sardasht. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on survey. The statistical population of the study is experts and experts related to the subject of security, which is the sample size of 35 people using the snowball method. The analysis method is based on SWOT strategic model. The results show that the security situation in the border region of Sardasht is in an aggressive state of SO. Among the components of the strengths of "the existence of border markets", "accurate and strong supervision of the police and border guards at the city limits" as the factors affecting the promotion of security in the border city of Sardasht have the greatest impact. Also, "the spread of smuggling and its negative feedback on security", "unequal development and at the same time border security infrastructure" are some of the weaknesses of this region. Among the opportunities were "media performance and increased security", "the existence of a common language and religion of residents on both sides of the border", and among the threats, "the gap between people and officials", "the spread of smuggling" had the greatest impact. They promote sustainable security.
