تحليل مضمون عوامل مادي اقتدار ملي در بيانات آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي و مباني قرآني آن

Content Analysis of the Material Factors of National Authority in Ayatollah Khamenei's Statements and Its Quranic Principles

اقتدار يك حكومت مهم‌ترين راه دستيابي به اهداف، حفظ و تداوم شاكله آن است. رهبر جامعه، يكي از عوامل بسيار اثرگذار بر اقتدار ملي است. راهبردهاي مديريتي رهبر، نقش تعيين‌كننده‌اي در اقتدار جامعه دارد. آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي (مدظله العالي) كه سال‌ها است رهبري جمهوري اسلامي ايران را به‌دست دارند، در دوران رهبريشان بر اهميت اقتدار ملي تأكيد داشته‌اند. نوشتار حاضر درصدد بررسي عوامل مادي اقتدار ملي در بيانات ايشان و مباني قرآن آنها است. اين مقاله بخشي از پژوهش توصيفي ـ اكتشافي است كه با روش تحليل مضمون و نرم‌افزار MaxQDA، اقتدار ملي در بيانات آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي (مدظله العالي) را بررسي و سپس مباني قرآني آن را استخراج نموده است. عوامل اقتدار ملي در بيانات قابل تقسيم به دو بخش مادي و معنوي است. عوامل مادي به‌ترتيب عبارتند از: مسئولان، علم و فناوري، مردم، نيروهاي مسلح، اقتصاد، جمعيت و نسل جوان، انقلاب و انقلابي‌گري و انتخابات است كه همه محورها داراي مبناي قرآني هستند.

The authority of a government is the most important way to achieve goals, stability, and maintain its structure. The leader of a society is one of the most influential factors of its national authority. The leaderchr('39')s management strategies play a decisive role in the authority of society. Ayatollah Khamenei, who has been the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran for many years, has emphasized the importance of national authority during his leadership. The present article seeks to examine the material factors of national authority in his statements as well as its Qurchr('39')anic principles. This article is a part of descriptive-exploratory research which has examined the national authority in Ayatollah Khameneichr('39')s statements by the method of content analysis and MaxQDA software and then extracted its Quranic principles. As may be found in Ayatollah Khamenei`s statements, the Factors of national authority may be divided into two parts: material and spiritual. Material factors are: officials, science and technology, people, armed forces, economy, population and young generation, revolution and revolutionaryism and elections, respectively, all having Quranic basis.
