بررسي توليدات علمي جراحي رباتيك در سطح جهاني

Robotic Surgery Scientific Production; A Global-View Investigation

زمينه و هدف: جراحي رباتيك از فناوري هاي جديد و مؤثر در دنياي پزشكي مي باشد كه تحقيق و توسعه بسياري در سطح ملي و بين المللي را دارا است. پژوهش حاضر با اين هدف به بررسي توليدات علمي جراحي رباتيك در سطح جهاني پرداخته است تا جايگاه واقعي آن مشخص شود و پژوهشگران را به اين حوزه نيز ترغيب نمايد. مواد و روش‌ها: اين پژوهش به روش علم سنجي انجام شد. با جستجو در پايگاه استنادي وب آو ساينس و با استفاده از موتور تعبيه شده بر روي آن داده ها استخراج شد، سپس از نرم افزار اكسل جهت ترسيم جداول و نمودار مورد نظر استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: يافته ها نشان داد كه تعداد 2718 مدرك در سطح جهاني در زمينه جراحي رباتيك انجام شده است. آمريكا، چين، ژاپن، به ترتيب سه كشور پيشرو در اين زمينه هستند و ايران نيز در جايگاه 15 قرار دارد. ده دانشگاه برتر در اين زمينه تعداد 618 مدرك معادل نزديك به 23 درصد از كل مدارك اين حوزه را به خود اختصاص داده اند. روند توليدات علمي اين حوزه از سال 1990 شروع شده و با شيبي ملايم رو به پيش بوده است و از سال 2001 روند صعودي را طي نموده است كه اين روند با نوساناتي در سال هاي مختلف به صورت صعودي ادامه داشته است. بيش از 43 درصد از كل توليدات علمي اين حوزه در ده كنفرانس يا نشريه منتشر شده است. به طول كلي بيش از 70 درصد از توليدات علمي اين حوزه در كنفرانس ها منتشر شده است. نتيجه‌گيـري: جراحي رباتيك يكي از فناوري هاي جديد و داراي تنوع و رو به رشد است كه جامعه پزشكي در سطح ملي و بين المللي ناگزير به استفاده و ورود به اين مسيـر خواهد بود. نتايج حـاكي از آن است كه توليـدات علمي در اين زمينه اندك مي باشد و كشورها، دانشگاه ها، نويسندگان و نشريات معدودي به اين مقوله پرداخته اند.

Introduction & Objective Robotic surgery is one of the novel and effective technologies in the medical world, about which a lot of research and development at national and international levels has been done. The purpose of this study is to investigate the scientific output of robotic surgery with a global view to determine its true position and to encourage researchers in this field. Materials & Methods This research was done through a scientometric method. Data were extracted by searching through Web of Science Citation database and using the built-in engine to extract the needed data. Further, Excel software was used to draw the tables and charts in this study. Results The findings showed that there were 2718 worldwide records in robotic surgery subject area. Respectively, The United States, China, and Japan are the top three countries in the list and the IR Iran is ranked 15th. The top ten universities in this subject area have 618 records, which is nearly 23% of all records. The scientific production process in this subject area has started since 1990 and has had a moderate pace since 2001, which has been going upward with various fluctuations over the years. More than 43% of all scientific output in this subject area has been published in ten conferences or journals. Overall, more than 70% of the scientific outputs have been published in conferences. Conclusions Robotic surgery is one of the new and growing technologies that the medical community at both national and international levels will have to use and embark on. On this basis, the results show that scientific output is this issue does not have a high frequency and few countries, universities, authors, and publications have addressed this issue.
