استفاده از تحليل پوششي داده‌هاي فازي به منظور ارزيابي نحوه بهره‌گيري از مزاياي كسب و كار الكترونيكي در شبكه لجستيك

Using Fuzzy DEA Method to Evaluate the Application of E-Business Benefits in Logistics Network

كسب وكار الكترونيك از پيامدهاي مهم انقلاب فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است كه در دهۀ گذشته رشد چشمگيري داشته است. با گسترش روزافزون حوزۀ كار تجارت الكترونيك، سرعت و كيفيت ارائۀ خدمات به مشتريان نيز افزايش يافته و سبب شده شركت ها، براي اطمينان از دقت در تحويل كالاها و به موقع بودن آن، كنترل بيشتري بر مؤلفه هاي كيفيت داشته باشند تا بتوانند پاسخگوي نيازهاي فزايندۀ مشتريان باشند و رضايت آنان را جلب كنند. به كارگيري كسب و كار الكترونيكي در فعاليت هاي تجاري نيازمند توجه به عوامل درون زا و برون زاي تأثيرگذار در آن است. بنابراين، براي پي ريزي نظام ارزيابي مؤثر و هدفمند، لازم است عملكرد شبكۀ لجستيك در كسب وكار الكترونيكي ارزيابي شود. تحليل پوششي داده ها يكي از روش هاي قدرتمند مديريتي است كه ابزاري در اختيار مديران قرار مي دهد تا بتوانند عملكرد شركت خود را در مقايسه با ساير رقبا محك بزنند و براي آينده اي بهتر تصميم گيري كنند. در اين پژوهش روش جديدي براي ارزيابي همكاري شبكۀ لجستيك در كسب وكار الكترونيكي ارائه مي شود كه در آن از شيوۀ تحليل پوششي داده هاي فازي (DEA) استفاده شده است. پس از معرفي دو مدل خوش بينانه و بدبينانه، هر دو مدل حل شده اند. در پايان، به كارگيري مدل با مثال عددي نشان داده شده و حساسيت پارامترهاي ورودي و خروجي نيز تحليل شده است.

Electronic business is one of the major implications of ICT revolution that has experienced high growth over the past decade. With the expansion of e-commerce, the speed and quality of customer service has also increased which forced companies to control quality components more and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of delivery of goods to meet the growing needs of customers and ultimately their satisfaction. The use of electronic business in business activities requires attention to a series of exogenous and exogenous factors affecting it. Therefore, in order to develop an effective and targeted evaluation system, an assessment of performance of logistics network in the electronic business is required. Data Envelopment Analysis is one of the powerful management techniques that provide managers with tools that can benchmark their company's performance compared with other competitors and decide for future prospects based on its results. In this study, using fuzzy DEA a new method for evaluating the logistics network collaboration in an e-business will be presented. After introducing two optimistic and pessimistic models both of them are solved. Finally, the application of the model is shown with numerical example and the sensitivity analysis of the input and output parameters is also performed.
