آموزش و به كارگيري احكام فقهي؛ ايجاد انگيزش ديني براي تعامل مسئولانه و اخلاقي با محيط زيست

انسان‌ها برحسب شرايط اجتماعي و فرهنگي واكنش‌هاي مسئولانه يا غيرمسئولانه نسبت به محيط زيست ابراز كرده‌اند. فقه شيعه، به عنوان نهاد معنوي قدرتمند و الزام‌آور، محيط زيست را ابزاري براي انسان مي‌داند و آن را داراي حق و حقوقي مي‌داند كه بايد برآورده شود. مقالۀ پيش رو در پي پاسخ نظام‌مند به اين پرسش است كه ابزار مفهومي و عيني ما براي رويارويي و تعامل با محيط زيست كدام است؟ به نظر مي‌رسد سيستم فقهي و اخلاقي شيعه واجد نظام حقوقي و اخلاق كاربردي استفاده از طبيعت است و مومنان با اندكي تامل و ژرف‌نگري مي‌توانند با آموزش و به كارگيري چند قاعدۀ ساده و صريح و روشن، رويۀ مسئولانه‌تري در قبال حفظ و گسترش محيط زيست در پيش بگيرند؛ چه آن كه انسانِ عامل به فقه، همان‌گونه كه نمي-تواند حق كسي را ضايع كند، هنگام مواجهه و بهره‌وري از طبيعت نيز موظف است آن را مانند يك كلّ منسجم، هدف‌دار و داراي شخصيت و حقوق بداند و در ازاي بهره‌وري، حق نگهداري و توسعۀ آن را نيز به جاي آورد و در غير اين صورت ضامن است و مرتكب عمل حرام شده است. اين ساز و كارِ آموزشي - كاربردي به مدد چند دقت فقهي در چارچوب دو قاعدۀ «لاضرر» و «اتلاف» صورت بندي شده و ارائه شده است
