چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻮﻋﻠﯽ ﺳﯿﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 777 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﺳﺎل 1393ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي-ﻧﺴﺒﯽ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد260 ﻧﻔﺮ)196 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺮد و 64 ﻧﻔﺮ زن(اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﮥ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻓﺮﻧﮏ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﯿﺘﺮ و ﮐﺮاوﻓﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آوردن رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺻﻮري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/87 و 0/95ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از روشﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﮐﺎﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف-اﺳﻤﯿﺮوﻧﻮف، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، آزﻣﻮنt، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد. و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ ﺑﻌﺪ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪﮔﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد رﺳﻤﯿﺖ و ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and organizational development in Bu Ali Sina University .Research methodology is descriptive and the correlation of structural is equation modeling. Statistical population included all of the employees using random stratified sampling- relative -260 was selected as the sample According to kergcie and Morgan table. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, including1: Frank organizational structure Questionnaire, 2. Peiter and cerafourd Organizational development Questionnaire. Reliability coefficient of through Cronbach's alpha was estimated respectively %95 and %87. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test, and regression. The data collected were analyzed using statistical SPSS. Regression Analysis indicates the following results.1. There is a significant relationship between organizational structure and organizational development. Also, there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of Recognition and focus and organizational development, Except for complexity
