چكيده فارسي :
ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ اي از ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻓﻨﺎوراﻧﻪ، دﮐﺘﺮﯾﻨﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻌﯽ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ دارد و درﺑﺮﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪة ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻫﺎ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﻪ اي ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﺳﺖ؛ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﯿﺎن اﯾﻦ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻫﺎ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ و ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ و ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻣﺎﻣﻮرﯾﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ اذﻋﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﻮق ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎ و ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﺮﯾﺮ درآﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺪف ﻓﻮق، ﺳﻪ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﮥ وﺟﻮد راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ، ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﮔﺸﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﻮق، از ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﺘﺸﮑﻞ از 37 ﺳﻮال اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري 90 ﻧﻔﺮه ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮاﻻت آن ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﺳﻪ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا، ﺳﺎزه و ﺳﻨﺠﺶ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS، 0/995 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از آﻧﺠﺎﺋﯿﮑﻪ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آن ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار LISREL اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آن ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻗﺮار اﺳﺖ: ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ 93 درﺻﺪ؛ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ 98 درﺻﺪ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮآوري دﻓﺎﻋﯽ 96 درﺻﺪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد
چكيده لاتين :
Defense innovations set of concepts, doctrine and operations that try to increase military effectiveness and include the capabilities and basic activities of an organization, association between the capabilities and military applications In order to cope with new challenges and adjusts the institution's mission is based on new capabilities. This research acknowledging the issue to evaluate the impact of organizational culture on defense capabilities and drivers of innovation is written using descriptive survey method. To achieve the above objective, there is a significant positive relationship between the components of Tuesday hypothesis corporate culture and drivers of innovation defense component of organizational culture and defensive innovation capacity components defensive drivers of innovation and innovation capacities defense development it has become. To investigate the hypothesis, we use a questionnaire consisting of 37 questions was used as a statistical sample of 90 people responded to the questions. The validity of the content validity, construct validity and reliability of the approved content by Cronbach's alpha test software SPSS, 995/0, respectively.Since the data in this study were normal, test them for analysis confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL software, the results are as follows: The components of organizational culture and drivers of innovation defense 93 percent; component of organizational culture and innovation defense capabilities 98 percent and components defensive drivers of innovation and innovation defense capabilities 96 percent positive and significant relationship exists.
