كاربرد مدل ساختاري - تفسيري براي سطح بندي زنجيره نوآوري و فناوري در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران

Using a Structural-Interpretive Model to Rank Innovation and Technology

در محيط پويا و اقتصادي امروز، وجود دانشگاه نوآور براي نقش آفريني مستقيم در فرآيند توسعه ملي و توليد ثروت يك ضرورت است. لذا با توجه به اهميت نوآوري و فناوري در توسعه و تعالي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران، هدف از انجام اين پژوهش كاربرد مدل ساختاري- تفسيري براي سطح بندي و دسته بندي عوامل اثرگذار در زنجيره نوآوري و فناوري جهت كمك به نوآور بودن دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران مي باشد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده ازنظر متخصصان (كه 10 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاه بودند و از جامعه هدف به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شده اند) و مرور ادبيات نظري، 9 دسته عوامل موثر بر زنجيره نوآوري و فناوري شناسايي شدند. سپس با نظرات خبرگان و اعمال مدل ساختاري-تفسيري، ارتباط و قدرت نفوذ عوامل بر هم مشخص و عوامل در 5 دسته سطح بندي شدند. نتايج اين روش نشان مي دهد كه سه عامل بهره برداري از منابع، استقراض و سرمايه گذاري خارجي و اكتساب علم و انتقال فناوري در پايين ترين سطح خروجي اين مدل قرار داشته و داراي قدرت نفوذگذاري بسيار مناسبي مي باشند كه منجر به توسعه نوآوري در دانشگاه مي شود. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق اميد است كه بتوان مديران را در برنامه ريزي صحيح ياري رساند.

Innovative universities, in today’s dynamic and economic environment, are essential due to their direct role in the process of national development and generation of wealth. Therefore, and in light of the importance of innovation and technology in development and progress of Tehran Medical Science University, the present study is aimed at using astructural-interpretive model to rank and classify the factors effective on innovation and technology chain. The mode was used to facilitate progress of the university toward innovativeness. Nine categories of the factors effective on innovation and technology chain were determined based on interviews with experts (10 university professors selected purposefully from the study population) and literature review. Afterward, relevance and influence of these factors on each other were determined based on the expert’s feedbacks and implementation of the structural-interpretive model and based on which the factors were categorized into five categories. The results showed that the three factors of using the resources, foreign investment and borrowing, and acquiring knowledge and transfer of technology were at the bottom of the list with a satisfactorily penetration power to motivate development of innovation in the university.
