موضوع توسعه يافتگي و مباحث مربوط به آن نقشي اساسي و محوري را در جوامع انساني بازي مي كند. رسيدن به روياي شيرين توسعه يافتگي بدون مديريت صحيح اين فرآيند پيچيده و چند ساحتي ناممكن مي نمايد. مديريت توسعه در ايران با چالش هاي عديده اي روبرو است كه شناخت اين چالش ها از وظايف اساسي پژوهشگران علاقه مند به اعتلاي اين مرز و بوم است.هدف اين پژوهش احصاء چالش هاي اصلي فرهنگي فرآروي مديريت توسعه در ايران و اولويت بندي اين چالش ها بر اساس ميزان اهميت آن هاست. پژوهش به صورت تركيبي انجام شده كه در مرحله كيفي از ابزار مصاحبه و در مرحله كمي از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. با ارائه نوعي طبقه بندي از چالش هاي اصلي فرهنگي مديريت توسعه در ايران، اين عوامل از نظر درجه اهميت نيز رتبه بندي شدند.

Realization of the sweet dream of development is impossible without correct management as a complex and multifacet process. Development management in Iran faces many challenges recognition of which is among duties and responsibilities of the interested researchers of the country. The purpose of the research is to determine the main challenges of development management in Iran and prioritizing them based on their importance. This is a hybrid study and in the qualitative and quantitative phases, the interview and questionnaire instruments have been used, respectively.The challenges were ranked based on a specific clarification method according to their importance, the determined challenges priorities are as follows: administrative, cultural, policymaking, theoretical, political and international challenges.
