تحليل نقش استراتژيك دانشگاه ها و مراكز علمي در توسعه خوشه هاي صنعتي؛ مطالعه موردي خوشه صنعتي پلي اتيلن كرمانشاه

Analysis of the Strategic role of universities and scientific centers in the development of industrial clusters; Case Study of polyethylene industrial cluster of Kermanshah

خوشه صنعتي تركيب منسجمي از متخصصين، سرمايه مخاطره پذير، شركت هاي با تكنولوژي برتر و زيرساخت هاي فيزيكي مناسب است كه در مجاورت دانشگاه ها، پارك هاي علم و فناوري و مراكز تحقيقاتي و در يك محدوده جغرافيايي مشخص با يك مديريت بازار محور، كالاها و خدمات دانش محور را توليد مي كند. در پژوهش حاضر سعي بر آن است كه به بررسي مهم ترين نقش دانشگاه ها و مراكز علمي در توسعه خوشه صنعتي پلي اتيلن كرمانشاه پرداخته شود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ روش، توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل مديران شركت هاي فعال در خوشه صنعتي و اعضاي هيئت علمي رشته هاي مرتبط به خوشه صنعتي پلي اتيلن در دانشگاه هاي استان كرمانشاه مي باشد كه كل جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنين ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مي باشد. تحليل هاي آماري به وسيله نرم افزارهاي SPSSو AMOS انجام گرفت. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه دانشگاه ها و مراكز علمي به واسطه تربيت نيروي كار باكيفيت، تجاري سازي تكنولوژي و ايجاد شركت هاي دانش بنيان در توسعه خوشه صنعتي پلي اتيلن كرمانشاه تاثيرگذار هستند.

Industrial Cluster is acoherent combination of specialists, venture capital, firms with superior technology and physical infrastructure that in the vicinity of universities, science and technology parks and research centers, and in a certain geographic area, produces knowledge oriented goods and services by a market-oriented management. this study is an attempt to examine the most important roles of universities and scientific centers in the development of polyethylene industrial cluster of Kermanshah. This study is an applied one according to the purpose and it is a descriptive survey according to the method. The research statistical population has consisted of managers of active firms in industrial cluster and industrial cluster polyethylene-related faculty members at universities in Kermanshah province, that the total population has been considered as sample. Also, the data collection tool is researcher made questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS and AMOS softwares. The findings suggest that universities and scientific centers due to high-quality laborforce, commercialization of technology and establishment of knowledge based firms are effective on the development of polyethylene industrial cluster of Kermanshah
