Identify the Challenges and Solutions for Joining Iran to the World Trade Organization

پيوستن به سازمان تجارت جهاني، بازار رقابتي بزرگي را پيش روي توليدكنندگان ايراني مي گشايد كه از طريق آن مي توانند توانمندي هاي خويش را جهاني سازند. بسياري از صنايع در محيط رقابتي كنوني نيازمند برنامه ريزي و تصميم گيري مناسب جهت عضويت در مجامع بين المللي با رويكرد رسيدن به كلاس جهاني هستند؛ چنانچه كشوري به عضويت سازمان تجارت جهاني كه متولي اصلي تجارت آزادانه و تحرك كامل كالاها و خدمات در سطح جهان است درنيايد، عملا قادر به رقابت در بازارهاي جهاني نخواهد بود. باتوجه به عضويت اكثريت كشورهاي جهان در اين سازمان و حجم كلان مبادلات بين كشورهاي عضو، نظرات مخالف و موافق بسياري پيرامون پيوستن ايران به سازمان تجارت جهاني و چالش هاي قبل و بعد از الحاق وجود دارد. براساس نظركاوي انجام شده چالش هاي الحاق به اين سازمان راهكارهايي براي نحوه مواجهه صنعت خودروسازي با چالش هاي پيش رو در راستاي پيوستن ايران به سازمان مذكور ارائه شده است. نظر به اهميت اين موضوع هدف اصلي اين نوشتار، بكارگيري روش ديمتل براي شناسايي و رتبه بندي چالش ها و ارائه راهكارهاي الحاق ايران به سازمان تجارت جهاني با رويكرد توليد در كلاس جهاني در صنعت خودروسازي ايران با بهره گيري از مدل سه شاخگي است كه طي فرايند اجرايي پژوهش، بعداز شناسايي چالش ها، به تعيين روابط شبكه اي و سپس ارائه راهكارها و اولويت بندي آنها خواهيم پرداخت. در پايان مقاله موارد مذكور جمع بندي شده، بحث و مقايسه و نتيجه گيري و ارائه پيشنهادات تحقيق ارائه شده است.

Joining the WTO opens a big competitive market for Iranian producers through which they can make their abilities global. Many industries in the current competitive environment require proper planning and decision making for joining the international communities with world-class approach. For competition in the global markets, it is required for the countries to be a member of the WTO as the main custodian of free trade and movement of goods and services in the world.According to the membership of majority countries in the world in this organization and the massive amount of trades between these countries, there are many opposite and agreement comments as well as challenges before and after joining Iran to the WTO. According to the analysis on the challenges of joining to this organization, some solutions have been presented in automotive industry for dealing with the challenges after joining Iran to the mentioned organization.Given the importance of this topic, the main objective of this study is to apply the DEMATEL method to identify and prioritize the challenges as well as presenting some solutions for joining Iran to the WTO with production approach in world-class in Iran’s automotive industry using three ramifications model. During the administrative process in this study and after identifying the challenges, the network relationships were determined and some solutions were presented and prioritized. In the last section of study, the mentioned explanations are summarized and then, discussion, comparison, conclusion and suggestions are presented.
