چكيده فارسي :
رويكرد اين پژوهش آميخته (كيفي – كمي) است، در بخش كيفي از روش پديدار شناسي و در بخش كمي از روش توصيفي-پيمايشي بهره گرفته شد. نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي متخصصان و صاحب نظران حوزه علوم تربيتي، روانشناسي، جامعه شناسي و علوم اجتماعي بود. جامعهي آماري پژوهش در بخش كمي شامل كليه دانشآموزان دورههاي تحصيلي (ابتدايي، متوسطه اول و دوم)، والدين و كاركنان مدارس شهر ساري و نكا بوده است. روش نمونهگيري در بخش كيفي هدفمند و در بخش كمي خوشهاي به صورت چند مرحلهاي است كه تعداد 386 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري جهت بررسي انتخاب شدند. براي تعيين حجم نمونه مورد نظر از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوري دادههاي پژوهش در بخش كيفي مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته و در بخش كمي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه مورد تأييد متخصصان و اساتيد قرار گرفت و پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ در يك مطالعه مقدماتي بر روي 40 نفر94/0 محاسبه شد. تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از طريق تحليل عاملي اكتشافي انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه چهار عامل فرايندها (16 شاخص)، زيرساختها (12 شاخص)، عوامل داخلي (9 شاخص) و عوامل خارجي (9 شاخص) در توانمندسازي مدارس در حوزه نظام مراقبت اجتماعي دانشآموزان تأثيرگذار هستند.

To estimate the number of sample population, the Cochran formula was used and for date collection researcher made questionnaire were used, that Face and Content Validity questionnaire were confirmed using the comments of experts. reliability of questionnaires through The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated in a preliminary study on 40 individuals (0.94). Data analysis was performed through exploratory factor analysis in SPSS21 software. The results showed that four factors of the processes (16 indicators), infrastructure (12 indicators), internal factors (9 indicators) and external factors (9 indicators) affect the empowerment of schools in the field of social care system of students.
