ارزيابي اثر ضد ميكروبي فيلم‌هاي تهيه شده از كيتوزان حاوي اسانس اسطوخدوس بر روي برخي از باكتري هاي غذازاد

Antimicrobial effects of Chitosan films incorporating with Lavandula stoechas on some food-borne bacteria

امروزه استفاده از فيلم هاي ميكروبي طبيعي به عنوان بازدارنده هاي رشد ميكروب هاي خطرناك خصوصا در مواد غذايي افزايش پيدا كرده است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسي اثرضد ميكروبي فيلم هاي كيتوزان حاوي 4-1 درصد اسانس اسطوخودوس بر روي برخي از باكتري هاي بيماريزاي غذازاد (ليستريا مونوسيتوژنز، باسيلوس سرئوس، استافيلوكوكوس ارئوس، ويبريو پاراهموليتيكوس، و اشريشيا كلي O157:H7) انجام پذيرفت. ابتدا اسانس گياه اسطوخودوس با استفاده از دستگاه كلونجر تهيه و براي بررسي تركيبات سازنده اسانس،از دستگاه رنگ نگار گازي متصل به طيفسنج جرمي استفاده گرديد. بيشترين اجزاء اسانس به ترتيب 1،8سينئول (16/49%)، بورنئول (75/10%) ، كامفور (94/8%) و لينالول ال (95/3%) و آلفاپينن (2/3%) بودند. سپس ديسك هاي كروي از فيلم هاي كيتوزان حاوي غلظت هاي 4-1درصداسانس اسطخودوس بر روي كشت هاي باكتري هاي مذكور قرار داده شد. نتايج اين مطالعه نشانگر اثر ضد ميكروبي فيلم هاي كيتوزان حاوي اسانس در جلوگيري از رشد ميكروارگانيزمهاي مورد آزمايش مي باشد (0/05

Today, application of natural antimicrobial films as an inhibitors of growth of dangerous microbes especially in food staffs have been increased. The present study was carried out in order to study the antimicrobial activity of chitosan films containing 1–4% (v ⁄ v) Lavandula stoechas essential oil (EO) on some food-borne pathogenic bacteria (Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli O157:H7). At first, the essential oil of the Lavandula stoechas herb was prepared. The most essential components are 1,8 cineol (16/49%), borneol (75/10%), camphor (94/8%) and linalool L (95/3%) and alfa-pinene (2/3 %).Then Circular discs of chitosan films containing different concentration of Lavandula stoechas essential oil were placed on bacterial lawn. Chitosan films incorporated with 4% (v ⁄ v) of EO inhibited the growth of all tested pathogenic bacteria. Incorporation of Chitosan film with EO showed significant antimicrobial effects (P < 0.05). Transparency of film was reduced by increasing of EO. These results showed that Chitosan films containing Lavandula stoechas EO have good effect for packaging some foods.
