The relationship between spirituality in work with teacher's organizational performance based on the components of the Achio model

هدف تحقيق بررسي رابطه معنويت در كار با عملكرد سازماني معلمان بر اساس مولفه هاي مدل اچيو است. روش تحقيق از نظر اهداف كاربردي و به لحاظ شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات توصيفي - همبستگي است. جامعه آماري 847 نفر از معلمان آموزش و پرورش ناحيه دو استان قم و نمونه آماري 265 نفر كه بر اساس جدول مورگان به شيوه تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه معنويت در كار ميليمن و همكاران (2003) و عملكرد سازماني هرسي و گلداسميت (1981) به ترتيب با پايايي معادل 0. 78 و 0. 81 بر اساس آلفاي كرانباخ استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات بر اساس روش هاي توصيفي و آزمون هاي استنباطي در حد همبستگي پيرسون، Z فيشر و رگرسيون، در قالب نرم افزار SPSS نشان داد: 1. بين معنويت در كار و ابعاد آن (كار با معنا در سطح فردي، احساس همبستگي در سطح گروهي، هم راستايي ارزش هاي فردي و سازماني، حس لذت بردن از كار، فرصت هايي براي زندگي دروني) با عملكرد سازماني رابطه مثبت و معني دار وجود دارد. 2. همبستگي بين معنويت در كار با عملكرد سازماني معلمان زن و مرد متفاوت نيست و معنويت در كار پيش بيني كننده مناسبي براي عملكرد سازماني معلمان مدارس است.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spirituality in working with organizational performance of teachers based on the components of the Achiv model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive information of correlation type. The statistical population of the study was 847 teachers in the district of Qom province and the sample of 265 students who were selected according to the Morgan tables in a stratified random sampling method. For collecting data,used two questionnaires of spirituality in the work of Milliam et al. (2003) and the organizational performance questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith with a reliability of 0.78 and 0.81, respectively, based on Cronbach's alpha. For Data analysis used descriptive and inferential methods in the Pearson Correlation Test, Z Fisher and Regression, by SPSS software. Showed that: 1.There is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality in work and its dimensions (work with meaning at the individual level, feeling of solidarity at group level, the alignment of individual and organizational values, the sense of enjoyment of work, opportunities for inner life) with organizational performance. 2. The correlation between spirituality in work with the organizational performance of male and female teachers is not different & Spirituality in work is a good predictor of the organizational performance of school teachers.
