بررسي رابطه مديريت دانش و مديريت جهادي با اقتصاد مقاومتي

Investigating the Relationship between Management Knowledge and Management Jihadi with Resistive Economy

تاكيد رهبر انقلاب بر مقوله هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي، مديريت جهادي و دانش بنيان كردن اقتصاد در ساليان اخير به روشني حكايت از اهميت حياتي اين مباحث در مسير حركت انقلاب دارد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه مديريت دانش و مديريت جهادي با اقتصاد مقاومتي مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده ها توصيفي و از حيث ارتباط بين متغيرهاي تحقيق از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش مديريت دانش و مديريت جهادي را به عنوان متغيرهاي مستقل و اقتصاد مقاومتي را به عنوان متغير وابسته بررسي كرديم. ابعاد مديريت جهادي، مديريت دانش و اقتصاد مقاومتي، با استفاده از مباني نظري موجود انتخاب شده و از پرسشنامه براي گردآوري اطلاعات كه در ميان 60 نفر از كارآفرينان و صنعتگران شهرك صنعتي پروفسور هشترودي، واقع در شهرستان هشترود توزيع شده، استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش همبستگي پيرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. خروجي هاي تحليل نشان مي دهد كه مديريت دانش و مديريت جهادي با اقتصاد مقاومتي داراي رابطه مثبت و معناداري مي باشد. همچنين مديريت جهادي، با فراگردهاي اصلي احساس مسئوليت، رعايت تقوا، فرهنگ كاري و وجدان كاري، همبستگي بالاتري را با اقتصاد مقاومتي در مقايسه با مديريت دانش از خود نشان داد. با توجه به نتايج پژوهش فرضيه هاي اصلي و فرعي پژوهش تاييد شدند.

The Emphasizes revolution leader on the categories Resistive Economy, Jihadi Management and Knowledge-based economy In recent years, Clearly indicates the importance of these topics in the path of the revolution. The purpose of this study is to investigating the relationship between knowledge management and jihadi management with resistive economy. The aim of this study is applied research the data collection method is descriptive and in terms of the relationship between variables is correlation type. In this study, knowledge management and jihadi management as independent variables and resistive economy is determined as the dependent variable. Dimensions of jihadi management, knowledge management and Resistive Economy, using existing theoretical foundations of selected and a questionnaire to collect data among 60 entrepreneurs and industrialists Professor Hashtroudi Industrial Estate, located in the city Hashtrood distributed, used. For data analysis Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling was used. The analysis results show that there is a significant and positive relationship among knowledge management and jihadi management with resistive economy. Also Jihad Management, the main processes responsibility, Observe piety, Working culture an‎d Work Conscience, Higher correlation with the Resistive Economy Compared to Knowledge Management showed. According to the research results, The main and sub hypotheses of the research were confirmed.
