چكيده فارسي :
در دو دهه اﺧﯿﺮ محققان و صاحب نظران ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ از ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺑنام ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد ﺳﺨﻦ ﮔﻔﺘﻪاﻧﺪ و بر اين عقيده اند كه ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥﻫﺎ در بسياري از جوامع ﺑﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺗﻬﺪﻳﺪ ﺟﺪﻯ كه ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻪﺍﻧﺪ ﻛﻤﺒﻮﺩ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻫﺎﻯ مستعد ﺍﺳت. ﻋﻠﻴﺮﻏﻢ تاكيد زياد ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻰ ﻭ مديران سازمان ها ﻭ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺍﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩﻯ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ، مفاهيم مرتبط بهﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳــﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﺁﻥ ﭼﻨﺎﻥ ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﻴﺪﺍ ﻧﻜﺮﺩﻩ و خصوصا از فقر نظري بالايي برخوردار است. بدين ترتيب، ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩﻳﺖ ﺍﺻﻠﻰ ﺩﺭ موردﺍﻳﻦ مفهوم، خلا ﻳﻚ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻒ روشن ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﻭ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﺒﻮﺩﻥ ﻣﺮﺯﻫﺎﻯ نظري ﺁﻥ است. اين پژوهش در صدد است تاﺑـﺎ مطالعه ﻣﻘﺎﻻت و ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ واستفاده ازداده هاي موجود، ﺗﻌـﺎرﯾﻒ، مفاهيم و مدلهاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد را از نگاه صاحب نطران اين حوزه، موردمطالعه قرار داده و ابعاد و مولفههاي مورد نظر نويسندگان وطراحان موضوع را ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ومقايسه قرار دهد. شناخت خلاء تحقيقات در اين حوزه، مي تواند به چشم اندازمطالعه در اين حوزه ياري رساند.

In the last two decades, researchers and pundits have spoken much about the concept of talent management. They believe that many organizations worldwide are facing the shortages of talented human resources which is a serious threat to their stability and survival. In spite of the significance that is put by the researchers and administrators on the talent management, this concept have not developed adequately, thus endure a theoretical imperfection. Therefore, it seems that the main constraint of this concept is its theoretical sketchy definition and ambiguity of its scope. The purpose of this study is to review the literature on talent management definitions, concepts and models in order to analyze the researchers different viewpoints on the subject. Lastly, we compare the standpoints of theorists to provide a framework for future studies.
