جانمايي بخش‌ها مسئله‌اي است كه به نحوه‌ي چيدمان دپارتمان‌ها در منطقه كاري، با درنظر گرفتن مساحت مورد نياز و ميزان ارتباط بخش‌ها بايكديگر، مي‌پردازد. مسئله جانمايي بخش‌ها به عنوان يك اصل كليدي براي بهبود بهره‌وري كارخانه در نظر گرفته‌مي‌شود، مي‌دانيم طرح‌هاي نامناسب چيدمان بخش‌ها، همراه با معضلات متعدد و هزينه‌هاي عملياتي سيستم‌هاي جابجايي مواد مي‌باشد. روش‌هاي گوناگوني براي جانمايي بخش‌هاي كارخانه وجود دارند كه نمي‌توان گفت كدام يك از آن‌ها نسبت به ديگري برتري مطلق دارد، بنابر اين بايستي با اتخاذ رويكردي مناسب بهترين چيدمان ممكن را از ميان طرح‌هاي مختلف بدست آورد. در اين پژوهش پس از ارائه چيدمان‌هاي مختلف با روش مارپيچي و روش‌هاي سيستماتيك جانمايي با كمك نرم‌افزارهايAldep‌, Micro Craft, Plannet و بررسي معيار‌هاي موثر بر طرح‌هاي چيدمان با رويكرد فازي براي داده‌هاي كيفي، و‌ تعيين وزن معيار‌ها، رتبه بندي نهايي با استفاده از روشPROMETHEE II و نرم‌افزار lab Decision دريك نمونه مطالعه موردي انجام شده‌است. پس از بررسي طرح‌هاي چيدمان، طرح ايجاد شده با كمك نرم‌افزار Plannetكه از لحاظ هزينه جابجايي مواد در رتبه دوم قرار داشت؛ در مجموع با در نظر گرفتن معيار‌هاي كيفي ماتريس تصميم رتبه نخست را در رتبه‌بندي نهايي به خود اختصاص داد.

We know, inappropriate designs layout of sections, Along with numerous dilemmas and Operating costs of material Displacement systems. There are different ways to Factory Layout Sections, each of the methods has its own features, One cannot say which of them has an absolute superiority to another, Therefore, should by adopting an appropriate approach Obtained the best possible layout from different designs. In this paper, after presenting various layouts with spiral technique and systematic layout planning using software’s Aldep, Micro Craft, Plannet an‎d reviewing Effective Criteria on plan of layouts with a fuzzy approach for qualitative data, an‎d determining the weight of the criteria, the final ranking was done using the PROMETHEE II method and the lab Decision software in a case study. After reviewing the layout plans, Design created with Plannet software, which was in second place in terms of transportation costs, Overall, Taking into account the qualitative criteria of the decision matrix, Ranked first in the final rankings.
