بررسي رابطه زنجيره تامين سبز با نوآوري سبز و عملكردسبز

Investigating the Relationship between Green Supply Chain and Green Innovation and Green Performance

مديريت زنجيره تامين سبز به توسعه پايدار اقتصاد، محيط اجتماعي و طبيعي توجه مي‌كند.افزايش نگراني‌هاي زيست محيطي از مشتريان، خريداران، جوامع و مقررات دولتي باعث شده است شركت ها براي زنجيره تامين سبز (GSC) و نوآوري سبز اقدام كنند . زنجيره تامين سبز و نوآوري سبز داراي همكاري استراتژيك در توسعه محصول جديد سبز هستند. اين پژوهش تجربي‌روابط بين زنجيره تامين سبز، نوآوري سبز و عملكرد سبز در شركت گلدايران را مورد مطالعه قرار مي‌دهد. براي اين هدف ما داده هاي 185 نمونه شركت گلديران را جمع آوري كرديم. و براي آزمون فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق، يك مدل معادلات ساختاري (SEM) به كار برده‌ايم. ما تأييد مي‌كنيم كه زنجيره تامين سبز بر نوآوري سبز و عملكرد سبز تاثير مثبت دارد. هدف از اين مقاله بررسي ادبيات اخير است كه در مورد رابطه بين زنجيره تامين سبز ، نوآوري سبز و عملكرد سبز بحث مي‌كند.يافته هاي اين مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه زنجيره تامين سبز منجر به نوآوري سبز و عملكرد سبز مي‌شود

Green Supply Chain (GSC) focuses on the sustainable economic development, and the social and natural environment. The increase in environmental concerns of the customers, purchasers, societies and government regulations have made companies take measures regarding green supply chain and green innovation. Green supply chain and green innovation cooperate strategically to develop new green products. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between green supply chain, green innovation, and green performance. This empirical study examines the relationship between green supply chain, green innovation, and green performance in Gold iran Company. The statistical population of the present study includes the employees in Goldiran Company. Structural Equation Modeling and Confirmatory Factorial Analysis were used to investigate the relationship between the research hypotheses. Research findings show that the green supply chain has significant positive effects on green innovation and green performance. In addition, results show that Gold iran Company should consider green supply chain, green innovation, and green performance to improve their performance and products
