Investigating the role of senior executives participating in development projects with regard to the dynamic capabilities approach

اين پژوهش سعي دارد با روش توصيفي، پيمايشي نقش مشاركت مديران ارشد در انجام پروژه هاي عمراني را با توجه به رويكرد قابليت هاي پويا در سازمان عمران شهرداري قزوين مورد بررسي قرار دهد تا بتوان به بهبود مديريت و عملكرد اين نوع شركت‌ها كمك كرد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي نقش مديران ارشد در انجام پروژه هاي عمراني بوده است.بدين منظور براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌اي بين 20 مدير ارشد در اين سازمان توزيع شده است. اطلاعات جمع‌آوري‌شده با نرم‌افزار اسمارت پي ال اس مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفت .نتايج حاكي از اين بود كه مشاركت مديران ارشد در به صورت مستقيم بر عملكرد پروژه ها تأثير ندارد ولي مي تواند به صورت غير مستقيم با اثر گذاري بر قابليت هاي پويا و عملياتي عملكرد اين سازمان را بهبود بخشد.

This research attempts to examine the role of senior executives participation in implementing civil projects with a dynamic approach in the Qazvin Municipality, in order to improve the management and performance of these companies. The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of senior executives in the implementation of development projects. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among 20 senior managers in this organization. The data collected was analyzed using SmartPlus software.
