Designing a Functional Systems Model of Value-based Organizations

هدف اين پژوهش، ارائۀ الگوي تدوين نظامات سازمان است. براي انجام اين پژوهش، يك سازمان ارزش‌مدار و نظامي انتخاب شده و از طريق روش تحليل محتواي كيفي، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. ابتدا ويژگي‌هاي نظامات مطلوب، از منظر مديران ارشد سازمان تعيين شد و سپس از طريق روش نمونه‌گيري قضاوتي و گلوله برفي، 12 نفر از خبرگان سازماني و دانشگاهي انتخاب و طيّ مصاحبه‌اي، از آنها خواسته شد تا به تشريح مباني طراحي نظامات، بر مبناي ويژگي‌هاي استخراج‌شده نظامات بپردازند. مصاحبه‌ها بر مبناي روش تحليل محتواي كيفي مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند و در نهايت، 173 كد، 12 مقوله و 3 مضمون استخراج شدند كه اكوسيستم نظامات را تشكيل مي‌دهند. بر مبناي يافته‌هاي پژوهش، تعامل و هم‌افزايي در سه بُعد محيطي، شكلي و محتوايي نظامات كه در قالب 3 مضمون استخراج شدند، سبب توسعۀ كاركرد نظامات و تنيدگي ارزش‌ها در تار و پود آنها مي‌‌شود.

The purpose of this study is to present a model for formulating organizational systems. For this research, a value-based, military organization was selected and studied using qualitative Content Analysis Method. At the first step, the characteristics of desirable systems were determined from the perspective of the senior executives of the organization. Next, 12 professional and academic experts were selected and interviewed using judgmental and snowball sampling. They were asked to describe the basics of system design based on their characteristics. Interviews were analyzed based on qualitative Content Analysis Method. Finally, 173 codes, 12 categories, and 3 themes were extracted which altogether form the ecosystem of systems. Based on the research findings, the interaction and synergy between the three environmental, formalistic, and thematic dimensions of the systems, which extracted as three main themes, improve the systems’ functionality and add value to them.
